Guess how many federal agencies and other entities are we paying for with our federal tax dollars?

There are 440 federal entities employing a lot of people paid with your federal tax dollars that could be fired,  made to work in private industry, and actually produce something worthwhile for our nation, for us, we the people.

No wonder the federal government is broke.  440 of these organizations excluding states, insular territories and US possessions.

Below is the top 25 WTF list of what are these agenices/entities  of the federal government and why they suck up your federal tax dollars. Furthermore, this is only a partial list.

So, when I am elected to Congress, you can ask me what are these and what do they have to do in any branch of the federal government.  I suggest you  review the whole list to see what you are paying for with your tax dollars and then you too, will understand why our insane federal government is out of control.

10. Denali Commission,  Where is it?  What is it?  And why are we paying for this commission with our federal tax dollars?  Surely, this has to be important, this Denali Commission.  So, a  simple search on google takes me to this federal entity:

Yes sir.  This is a commission, a part of the federal government to study the rural development of Alaska's infrastructure.   Which naturally has a bunch of bogus bureaucrats (the commissioners) that have a whole layer of staff below them, that do some more paper pushing.

Hence, why the federal government claims to have some kind of constitutional basis for helping Alaska develop their rural infrastructure, instead of the state of Alaska, is beyond my comprehension.  Can someone tell me what the nexus is of the federal government requiring all of us to pay for this WTF Denali Commission.

As far as the other 24 on the WTF list, you do your homework and let me know what these other 24 do.
A bunch of agencies, bureaus committees, boards etceteras that do not produce much of anything. Other than give bureaucrats and their crony friends a job.  Hence, why our federal government is fubared beyond reasonable comprehension.

Scherer gives instead of asking voters for contributions

Ok, here over this weekend, "both myself and some of my campaign team have been giving the poor and some of the less fortunate some tickets to the drag races at Heartland Park July 2-3rd," Topeka, Kansas.  These tickets include pit passes.  They are worth 50 dollars each. We have literally given away almost 200 of these tickets.

Now that is 20 to Catholic Charties for the poor, Fair Market Value of 1000 dollars; and
Fifteen tickets to the Salvation Army for the poor, fair market value of 750 dollars; and
Ten tickets to Kansans for Life to raise funds for this non-profit organization, fair market value of 500 dollars; and

Twenty tickets to college students at JOCO Community College students, fair market value of 1000 dollars; and

Ten tickets to the Shawnee Community Center for Senior Citizens and the disabled, fair market value of 500 dollars.

Sure, Scherer could have used the money for those tickets to buy or raise more money for campaign signs, TV ads or radio announcements.

Instead, Mr. Scherer chose to give those tickets to the needy that need a break this 4th July weekend. Does that make Mr. Scherer and his staff a bunch of big dummies?  Or instead, does this kind of generosity make Scherer and his campaign staff great people that act to help others, making Scherer a great guy who cares about the poor and less fortunate; thereby deserving your vote for United States Congress?

We staffers think it is stuff like this, giving to others make Scherer a great guy deserving your vote both August 3rd and again on Nov. 2 when he becomes one of the best candidates for United States Congress.

No one can touch Mr. Scherer for doing stuff before the election to earn your vote.

No one.  Not Moore's wife or Yoder.  What did these two do to earn your vote?  We can't find anything.  Instead, all they do is ask you for your money.  Unlike Scherer.

Has Scherer asked you, his potential employer to give him your hard-earned money in order to the get the job of being your United States Congressman? 

Heck No.  Scherer does not believe he should be begging for your hard earned money so he can get a job being your congressman. We need to change campaign finance reform laws that prohibit campaign contributions. Campaign contributions lead to corruption and then later, earmarks that benefit contributors. No wonder some of these corrupt yahoo politicans like Yoder have so much money.  They have been bought by special interests for quid pro quo-this contribution for that vote.  Corruption. 

The election should be about who is the most qualified, who listens the best, who is the most knowledgable about the issues;  as well as being  a leader that has solutions to some of the issues we face collectively, as citizens of the United States.

Scherer will be at Heartland Friday night.  On Saturday, he plans to be invading Moore terrortity-Lenexa for the Pancake Feed and the Lenexa Parade.  We are expanding our efforts to talk to he voters of southern JOCO going forward.  We will also be campaigning in Douglas and WYCO again.  Scherer will do well and show get the most votes out of WY and DG counties.  Scherer is strong in these two counties as well.

 So, you can also meet Mr. Scherer at the three county Fairs.  So, if you want to meet Scherer, you will have plenty of opportunity shortly.  As always, Mr. Scherer's job is listening to his future employer, you the voter of the 3rd District. 

Be certain you tell Mr. Scherer what you want him to do as your United States Congressman! Mr. Scherer is listening.

United America-We have a solution Houston!

Ok Houston.  We have clearly identified what is the problem in the United States of America.  We have way too many redundant governments.  85,000 governments.  Way too many.  The federal government has so many federal agencies, I cannot count them all.

 No wonder we are all confused about what to do.  By common sense, we should be able to reduce and consolidate all these myriad governments.  Simplicity is the solution.

Our problem stems back to 1776 when our founding fathers cut deals with the several states.  This deal they cut is called federalism.  Hence, we undo federalism.  And instead of having 50 states and all their governments, we reduce all of them.  We eliminate these artificial state boundries.  Our nation has evolved.

We will call this new form of government United America.  No more state boundries.  We do however need to create a new form of government.  I suggest we hold a big convention and hammer out the details of a new form of governing ourselves united. 

We can keep a lot of the stuff we like.  Just modify it a bit.  We like the Declaration of Independence, we like the idea we are created equal.  We Americans like the idea of one nation, under God.  So, if we are thinking outside of a box that does not exist anymore, rhetorically, how big a national government should we create? Do we include Canadians and Central America?

Sure, why not.  They are just like us.  Let us unite and create a better government, just like our founding fathers did, back in 1776.  Why? Because we realized there is no box.  Or if there was a box, we are not in it anymore.  We are outside the box looking down at all the litter caused by this box.  Only a yahoo politican could have created the box in the first place. 

Let us  set a date where we make decisions on creating this new form of self-governance.  I suggest July 4, 2016.  We get rid of state boundries and form a new type of government called United America.  For now, the convention will be at my condo.  Why not? 

Whom among us does not want to be united?  I want to be united.  We know we need some form of new government that does not rely on progressive socialism.  We know based on simplicity, we can all become more prosperous because more resources and people will be available to do stuff. 

Basically, all this new government is going to do is eliminate state boundries and reshape the new government back to pre-1933. The time before FDR and the progressive socialist movement began. 

We know we want a limited and narrow government.  Kind of like is promised in the United States Constitution.  We just need to take out the word "state".  And modify the Constitution a bit.  We will call this the United America Constitution.  Get rid of that pesky word, state that creates way too many governments and divides and subclassifies who we are.

No longer am I dividing myself by being classified and subdivided by a artifical and imaginary line called state boundry. State boundries divide us.  Hence eliminate the state boundry.  I am no longer a Kansan or a Floridian.  I am merely an American.  If you are too, raise your hand and we are united. 

United America.  UA for short going forward.  We merely made a huge mistake back in 1776.  We blame the root of progressive socialism back to its founder, FDR and his zany ideas of progressive socialism.  He made a big mistake in 1933.  He was desperate. He thought he was doing the right thing making the United States Constitution a progressive thing subject to change by a bunch of yahoo politicians.

Those yahoo politicans have bankrupt the United States of America.  Our federal government is broken.  We need to fix it.  So help us God.

Welcome to United America.

Where is the box we are supposed to think outside of?

I remember that motivational saying from the early nineties-"think outside of the box".  Now I am finding myself wondering where is this box I was supposed to get outside of.  Or, was there even a box at all.  Why did I have to get out of it.  And finally, why was I in a box to begin with?  Could I have stayed in the box?  . 

OK, let us face some reality.

Our nation was founded when we declared our independence from the British July 4, 1776. We called that the Declaration of Independence. 

There were 13 colonies that formed and united the colonies into a new nation called the United States of America.  And the United States of America kept expanding until there were 50 states. First, all the top dogs decided to have Articles of Confederation.  Well, that did not work out so well.  So, our founding fathers decided to write that thing called the United States Constitution and get rid of the Articles of Confederation.

 Which puts us where we are, right now in 2010.  The time frame is now.

Now back during the Great Depression, things were really bad.   Kind of like the mess we find ourselves in right now.  So, let us get outside the box or this cylinder we are in since 1933.  We have had tunnel vision for far too long.  Too much reliance on a federal government to fix everything.   Maybe we were in a cone or a black hole. 

It does not matter what kind of container we were in.  What matters is what do we need to do now, today going forward.  To which I make the following suggestions:

Anyway, maybe we ought to get rid of some of these many governments and start forming new governments.  Except this time, let us not mess this up too bad.  Like we have been doing since the 1930's with FDR and his "progressive" ideas, that after less than 100 years, has made the federal government this huge beast that now wants to creep us further down the path of socialism. 

Now most of us do not want to live in socialism.  Instead, we want to live in a country that values the individual-not the government.  Today, what we have is government for the government.

Radical socialism.  Where the federal government is big brother and is trying to control everything clear to the local level. The federal government has taken over domestic auto production.  The federal government tells us what we are supposed to do in our own homes.  The federal government wants all of us to get health insurance the federal government controls.  The federal government rescues some banks with our tax dollars and tells us they (banks) are "too big to fail". 

Why did our federal government tell us that?  What is wrong in America?  Even more important, what is right, what is moral?  What should we do, as soon as possible?  Can anyone in America come up with a solution we can all agree is a better way going forward?

We are slowing losing our liberties and freedoms to some big political bureaucracy. And now that our economy is a huge mess, you know the government wants to take all our money.  And if we let them, boy are we dumb. Remember what Karl Marx predicted what would happen in a country run by capitalism? Was Karl Marx right, after all?  Frankly, I don't remember. 

All of these things reminds of that movie, Apollo 13.  Houston, we have a problem.  Remember that line.  We have a huge problem called this huge federal government, state governments, county governments and then municipal governments.  All of whom want as much of our money as they can get.  Now remember the saying "economies of scale". 

You get economies of scale, or better stated, a leaner and more efficient and effective government by a process called consolidation.  This is basic economics folks.  When things are not looking so great, whether it be goverment or some huge business, you consolidate to save some money and to simplify things.  Right? 

So, do we really need 50 state governments at the state level, plus the big federal goverment, plus the county and local goverments?  Don't we simply have too many governments telling us, the employer what to do.

Is that not backwards?  Are we not the ones in charge of all these various forms of government?  I thought we were.  I think, therefore we are in charge of all of these goverments.  In turn, I think we can do away with some of these governments and start over.

I think we should get rid of some of these far too many governments.  We need to consolidate.  We need to restore our liberties and reassert our basic freedoms.  We need to think outside this stupid box, if the box even exists at all.

For example, let us divide America not into 50 states-let us divide the country in quadrants.  Naturally, we all know the center of the continental United States is in Kansas.   So that  is where we draw this line up and down. And form geographic terroritories into quadrants. 

We have North, East, West and South terroritorial government quadrants.  So, we could rid of almost 44 state governments.  Instead, we would have four terroritories that are united by some kind of agreement. For example, we could consolidate and get rid of all those state boundries and their state governments.  Instead, of 50, we would only have four terrorities with their own goverments.  We could still be nice to the other 3 terroritories.  We could call it the United Terroritories of America.  Would that not make our nation more sane?

I mean really-do we need a state called Delaware?  And how about getting rid of Rhode Island and Maine.  These are really relatively small states.  Where do we stick Hawaii and Alaska? Frankly, I have no clue.  Now here is a link that talks about the terrorities of the United States:

 Just because these relatively small states were one of the thirteen original colonies, can we just change our whole concept of our nation?  Can we not form a new nation?  Just like our founding fathers did back in 1776.  Maybe we can.   Maybe we will.  It is merely time to get out of this box thing and come up some creative solutions. 

Whatever is our fate and destiny, we have to change something pretty darn quickly.  And hopefully, we can all agree that there is a better way going forward.  If anyone else has a solution, call me at 913 403 8584.  I am geographically in the NE quadrant terroritory.  What should we call this NE Quadrant or NE Terroritory?  Beats me.  How about the NE Terroritory of the United States.

This is worth reviewing.  It shows that we can fix this funk we find ourselves in.  Regardless of what political party one belongs to.  Finally, someone that explains what is happening to America, in pretty simple terms.

Good grief, Yoder abuses children

Quoting Snoopy from the book and tv shows by Charles Schultz, "good grief" Yoder. 

An astute person called me regarding that video made by Yoder.  Apparently, that is a staged video shoot. Apparently, Yoder is not a father at all.

Instead, it appears Yoder abused the children who allegedly are his niece and nephew. For his own personal gain to pretend like he is a "family man".  "Good grief Yoder" Charlie Brown said.

What you have done just might be a violation of Child labor laws that protect them from being abused by people like yourself, Yoder. 

It simply would not be fair to use children in an ad running through a field without first, getting their parents consent, and then paying the children money for being actors and actresses at the prevailing labor rate for children actors. 

"Good grief, Yoder" said Lucy. "Are you going to violate children's rights to privacy if you were elected to Congress, too?" she asked.  Who knows what scheme Yoder will do next? 

"With this embarressing act, I think I would withdraw from the congressional race." stated Linus.

Do the right thing Yoder.  Drop out. At least that would be the honorable thing to do.  And maybe if you are lucky, the JOCO DA will not prosecute you for violating child labor laws.

And never, ever abuse your niece and nephew again.  "My gosh" said Thomas Scherer.  "Or any other children you are not related to."

What a phoney.

Scherer is dysfunctional. Just like you. He understands!

Are you dysfunctional, or come from a family that is.  If so, good. 

You are just like Mr. Scherer.  Sometimes, my relatives and family get on my nerves.  My mom is still telling what I should or should not do.  Come on mom, I am 56 years old.  My sister is a professor of Respiratory Therapy at Johnson County Community College.  She is always telling me to quit smoking-that smoking is dangerous.  Really, no duh--give me a break.  Then  . . .  well, I could go on and on about my dysfunctional family. 

So, if you, or your family are dysfunctional too, Scherer understands.  He comes from a dysfunctional family also.  And they are getting better at it as time progresses.

Now some of these other yahoo congressional candidates are perfect.  Just go to their web sites or watch their ads on TV.  Like Kevin Yoder.  He has the perfect family.  His family and children are not dysfunctional.  Congratulations on having children Kevin.  Most of us did not know you were a father.

But back to dysfunction.  Scherer is.  Scherer understands what it is like to be the unfavored son. The kid that got in trouble in grade school.  Now when in comes to elections, Scherer is not ranked No. 1 in having big corrupt dollars to buy an election like Kevin Yoder.  Kevin Yoder grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth.  His family is rich.

Scherer grew up in poverty.  No silver spoon in the Scherer household.  At supper, we had to share a spoon we were so poor. And it was plastic, not silver.  We drank kool-aid out of plastic cups. No fine crystal or china in the Scherer household.  So if you are like Mr. Scherer, and are dysfunctional too, or your family is, Scherer understands.  Scherer gets it.

 Scherer knows what it is like to live in poverty.  As a matter of fact, I might qualify right now.  I only have five dollars in the campaign.  Now big spender Yodeling Yoder is rich by comparison.  He invested 13 dollars in his own campaign.  So, he has invested more than twice what Scherer has in his campaign war chest.

However, Mr. Scherer does not care about money.  Mr. Scherer believes he can prevail and be elected Congressman without being corrupted like Yoder has been.  Why did all those CEO's and attorneys buy Kevin Yoder?  Was Yoder really worth buying? Can  Kevin say "quid pro quo".
I guess these CEO's and attorneys bought Yoder because he does not come from, or have a dysfunctional family.  He is unlike Scherer.

We think most people that are dysfunctional, like Mr. Scherer, will vote for Scherer because he gets it.  Scherer understands dysfunction.  Moreover, Scherer has some solutions to the issues facing our nation.  Does Yoder or Moore's wife? 

No one knows what these two yahoos will do if elected.  They do not want to discuss the issues.  And these two both refuse to debate Mr. Scherer on issues.  Why? Are they cowards and afraid to discuss issues?  We know Scherer is no coward, nor does he live his life in fear.

We think you should vote for Scherer.  Scherer is dysfunctional.  That means he will have compassion and understanding for the problems you face and will have solutions to some of them that will make America a better nation.

Vote for Scherer. He is dysfunctional. 

We are.

Scherer has done it again-Filed Another Tax Case to help many

Once again, I am doing something real and tangible to earn your vote.  Unlike those other yahoo candidates that merely promise what they will do if elected.

Yesterday, I filed another tax case with the U.S. Tax Court in Washington.  Last December, I bought a condo in Florida making me an official snowbird.  Now, Congress passed legislation stating those that bought a home before April 30, 2010 would get a federal tax credit of $6,500.  ($8000 if it was your first home).  So, I did that.  I bought that condo in Florida making me eligible for the federal tax credit.

First, the IRS web site told me to expect the tax credit March 23rd. Then it was April.  Then, it was May.  Then June and I still have not gotten this federal tax credit.  Which would come in real handy so I could buy a bunch of campaign signs for this congressional race. 

Second,  I called the IRS Taxpayer Advocate both in Washington and in Atlanta, GA.  I was told by the taxpayer advocate that the IRS does not have enough employees to process timely those that are eligible for this tax credit. 

Well, that is merely another problem the current administration has not handled properly.  So this is President Obama's fault I have not gotten my $6,500 bucks.  Now not getting this federal tax credit is causing me harm and injury.  So, I filed a Form 911 stating so with the IRS.

Well, it appears they do not have enough employees to handle the processing of IRS Form 911 either.  Because it also has been ignored by the IRS. So, to every problem, there is a solution.  The solution I chose was filing a lawsuit against the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service.

So hopefully, both by effect and affect, there will be positive results by me walking the talk.  Taking action now before being elected.  That has to at least infer that if I am taking action for many now before the election, I would do so after being elected to Congress after the election. 

Can you say that about Yodeling Yoder or Stephene?  Ask them.  What are you doing now to help us voters before the election?  Are you earning our vote like that Scherer dude is?  If you are not, why should anyone vote for them? 

Now my other tax case for all Kansas homeowners has to have an order issued by July 30th.  So,  I will continue to argue that case on behalf of all homeowers in the state of Kansas.  I doubt the unconstitutional Kansas Court of Tax Appeals will find themselves unconstitutional. 

But the Kansas Court of Appeals might.  And if they do not, then I will ask the United States Supreme Court to do so. 

The Kansas Court of Tax Appeals forcing everyone to go to Topeka Kansas to argue why the assessment of their real estate tax assessments is absurd.  Why did Senator Tim Owens think the Substitute for House Bill 2018 was somehow constitutional?  Why did he write this piece of crap legislation taking every Kansas homeowner's right to appear before a judge that lives in their county?

Shame on Tim Owens for taking away your rights to challenge your real estate tax assessment, forcing all of us homeowners to drive clear to Topeka Kansas.  So by effect, for example, if you in Goodland, KS, you would have drive 10 hours just to argue a tax case before this unconstitutional Court of Tax Appeals.

Furthermore, this new court formally called BOTA is in direct violation of the Kansas Constitution that guarentees there is an involiate right to a jury trial.  Which the Kansas Court of Tax Appeals will not allow.  I guess COTA hates the Kansas Constitution.  I don't.  I like it.   

Great job Mr. Owens.  Depriving all Kansan homeowners their Constitutional rights ought to ensure one thing-you will not be re-elected. As well as demonstrating why Scherer should be our congressman.  On one hand, Scherer walks the talk.  On the other hand, Senator Owens should be making his retirement plans for passing this horrible piece of legislation called Substitute for House Bill 2018.

Who would I vote for on the GOP primary race in the 3rd District come Aug. 3?

Having spent a lot of time campaigning since 2004, you get to meet the other congressional candidates on a personal level.  So, as a benefit and aid to those who are going to be voting in the GOP primary on or before August 3, I wanted to give my impression of whom I feel would best represent you, the individual.  Naturally, I am no longer running on the GOP ticket.  So, I have no  bias one way or the other who I will face in the general election.

Therefore, my first choice for the GOP primary would probably be Dan Gilyeat.  He has a lot of strengths and generally is running for the right reason-to truly represent the individul.  He has honor, charm, a great personality. He is a fighter, not an arse kisser.  Dan is also  humble and understands poverty.  He understands what it takes to raise six kids.  So, he is a family man.  Being a United States Marine, he is a veteran.  A disabled and service decorated veteran.

Gilyeat gives motivational speeches to other vets. He is not employed per se,  so he has no connections to any special interest group. So he has plenty of time to campaign.  However, he is underfunded and running on a shoe string budget. So we know Gilyeat makes a great candidate worth voting for. He is about as clean and not corrupt as you can get.

 So, I give Gilyeat the man to beat in the GOP primary.  But just barely. He has a few weaknesses. He is a rookie congressional candidate.  He supported a tax plan he clearly did not understand. He tends to be cautious and suspicious of others.

But overall, Gilyeat has the right stuff to be a good congressman.  Maybe and hopefully, if he does win the primary, he could work on some of his weaknesses; while concurrently strengthening his strong point. So, Dan, do not give up.  If you do win the primary this time, try again in 2012.  You will make a great congressman someday. 

My second choice would be the fighter, Patrica Lightner.  The four of us that were ready to take on Moore before he quit including Lightner, Gilyeat, Rysavy and myself.  So, she had confidence along with the rest of us.  None of us were afraid to run against Dennis Moore. 

All four of us were very upset when Sam Brownback had a secret meeting with Nick Jordan.  Us four felt like we had been stabbed in the back.  And now Brownback has to deal with his failure to get Nick Jordan elected. 

Anyway, Lighter continues to poll very well.  The last poll had Yodeling Yoder with 24% of the vote and Lightner had 21%.  That is close enough to keep her active. So she has been campaigning consistently since the get go.  So hats off to her for enduring and running a well-run campaign efficiently.

 I have more confidence in Lightner being a better choicr than I do in Yoder.  I could care less how much Yoder has in his war chest.  If he has more than 500k, then I am very suspicious of how fast Yoder raised his cash.  He is clearly a bought candidate. Yoder, a coward did not enter the race until Moore announced his retirement.  So clearly Yoder is an opportunist lacking courage and conviction. And remember, Yoder has only invested 13 dollars in his own campaign.

Lightner has made a few errors in her voting record as a state rep.  I also am wary of her employer, HSBC.  So that corporation could put on the color of bias and seek favorable legislation from her, should she be elected. 

So, some of the blogs are dogging her over some of her voting record as a state rep.  She has class and speaks calmly and clearly.  She us better at communicating than Yoder.  She still has not stated much about what  she would do as a congressman.  She continues to hedge her position on issues, just like Yoder.

Coming in the 3rd place, is Yoder.  He has a lot of money in his war chest.  Although only 13 whole dollars are his.  Other than Yoder having lots of cash, we have no clue where he stands on issues.  His campaign and the media are only focused on how much he has in the campaign.  Where he stands on issues, no one knows. 

Probably because the media is not asking the right questions.  His congressional web site is so generic.  It contains no clues on where he stands on issues.  So, if you want a candidate you know nothing about, Yoder is your man.  But I do not want him to be my congressman.

The media acts like whomever has the most money, must be the best candidate.  A position I totally reject.  The person with the most cash in my opinion is the most corrupt and/or special interest candidate.  From my own attempts to communicate with Yoder, I give him an F.  Several blogs also give him an F for failure to communicate.  I barely rank him above John Rysavy. 

John Rysavy should simply withdraw.  He has no support other than some people at Genetech, his employer and should give his few votes to one of the top three candidates. John is an intelligent person, well groomed and a very good speaker.  He has done some good things, but not nearly enough to garner much support for him to prevail in a primary election.  So, that is a compliment, with a dose of reality.

Ditto on all the other lesser known candidates.  Their chances of winning the election are slim.  I cannot even remember all the current and past candidates.  Including the ones who campaigned, or stated they were considering running but did not.

Naturally, I cannot forget Steve Rose, one of my nemesises. Steve is a liberal and a socialist.  I am a fiscal conservative and not a socialist.  Steve has a huge ego.  Me, I am quite humble.  His nine day campaign might be some kind of record.  I know of no other congressional candidate that ran for a grand total of nine days.  I cannot blame Rose for dropping out.  Most of us laughed when he claimed he was a conservative.  Rose is what most of us call a RINO.  Republican in name only.  I cannot believe the JOCO Sun lets him write those dumb editorials he writes. 

The only rational reason I can think of for the JOCO Sun allowing Steve Rose to publish his controversial dribble, it attracts negative attention.  So, Rose is like the Fred Phelps of Johnson County. Spinning garbage in his weekly editorial.  If spin and being controversarial is what we remember about Mr. Rose, then he deserves an A- for being as controversial as Fred Phelps.  At least at the local level here in Johnson County.

So whoever I have to face after the dem primary, I am just hoping it is not Dan Gilyeat.  We are both disabled vets, honorably discharged.  So that would be a wash.  So hopefully, I do not have to campaign against Gilyeat, a fellow vet.  A fellow vet running for the right reasons-you, the individual that resides in the 3rd Congressional district. Gilyeat would also pull votes I usually get out of WYCO.  So him and I would have a heck of battle over WYCO. 

Therefore, I highly call on GOP voters to not vote for Dan Gilyeat.  Vote for someone else that I will not feel any remorse about after I win the congressional seat come November. 

In conclusion, we congressional candidates all have courage and confidence.  None of us are dummies.  We all are trying to make our nation better.  Most candidates this election cycle are rookies at running for Congress.  Veteran congressional candidates like Jordan and Paul Showen dropped out early.  All that  remains are those of us who are steadfast in our conviction that we have the right stuff to be your better congressman. 

So after the primary election, all of these people will have a better understanding on how tough it is to run for United States Congress.  All these candidates have the understanding of how heavy that burden would be.  The weight on our shoulders is tremendous.  Taking on the responsibility of representing 700,000 Kansans, as well as impacting everyone in America is a big responsibility.

 All we can do is hope and dream about how difficult it would be, if any of us were elected.  The responsibility of being a congressman slows sinks in on your shoulders.  You slowly come to realize as a candidate, this is a tough job. Sure, the pay is great but so is the demand for you to produce and make America a better place.  To solve problems facing our nation.  And then afer getting elected, understanding you have to work with 434 other people wanting to do something, just like yourself.

When you start honestly realizing you do not want this job, then more than likely, you are finally qualified to get this job you no longer want.  The responsibility is tremendous.  The expectations and confidence of the voters weighs heavily on your shoulders the day one becomes a United States Congressman.

So tip of the hat to all who had the courage to run for United States Congress.   You all now belong to a very small group of individuals that cared so much about our nation,  you were willing to endure all the jibs and jabs that come with being a candidate.  But every once in a while, hopefully someone thanked each and every one of you.  And if you are like me, that makes running worth it.  Some get it.  Thanks to those who understand what we all have had to endure. 

It is not an easy job running for Congress.  And even a tougher job being a congressman.

The Kansas Dem HQ are elite and refuse to tell voters I am a DEM candidate

I just called the Exec. Director of the Kansas Democratic Party.  These are the inside elitests causing so many democrats to lose elections.  They do not want to let their own voters have full disclosure as required by federal law and the freedom to choose whom is a better democratic candidate for United States Congress.  The other candidate, that Moore lady has very little in comparision to Mr. Scherer.

You would think the Kansas Democratic HQ would list all congressional candidates instead of just one; as required by Title 2 of the United States Code.  Now the Kansas GOP party just finished an audit of their books.  Now why would the Kansas Dem HQ people risk being in violation of Title 2?

Beats me.  They must be the elite that get to decide who is elected to United States Congress,  If they keep acting this way, they might as well just hand the  congressional seat to the GOP.  Here, I can beat the GOP candidate in the general election.  A wise person can clearly understand that.  Similarily, a wise person would wonder what the heck was the Dem leadership thinking by violating Title 2 of the United States Code.

If you want a democrat to win the 3rd Congressional seat for all, it might be worth your time to call them at the number below and ask why is Scherer omitted on their Dem HQ website. The executive leadership of the KS Democratic Party better start changing strategy soon, or there will not be any Democrats left to run for political office soon.  The first place I suggest the Democratic Party should take is get rid of Larry Gates.  While there is still time.

Call and demand Scherer is listed as a candidate on their web site, before the FEC starts an investigation for a violation of federal election laws.

Go to http://www.ksdp.org/.  Or call them and tell them to list Scherer as a congressional candidate.  As required by federal law.  Party HQ's should inform all democratics about all candidates; instead of just listing who Larry Gates likes.  That is the law of this nation.

Fire DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano and make Kris Kobach head of DHS

Whenever there is a failure of any branch of the federal government to uphold and enforce the laws of this country, it becomes the duty of the citizens of the United States to take over.  Hence, Janet Napolitano has failed to uphold and enforce immigration laws of this country of ours.  We should fire Janet and give the job to UMKC Constitutional law professor Kris Kobach.  At least Kobach wants the laws of our nation upheld and enforced, unlike Janet. 

Hence because Janet has failed to do her job, the citizens of Arizona have taken upon themselves to do something about unlawful immigration using concurrent enforcement. Generally, when the federal government agencies do their jobs and duties effectively, the supremacy clause would trump state legislative acts.  However, here we have a broad based failure of the federal government to do their duty related to unlawful immigration.

Even Obama has failed to keep his promises.  Remember, he promised in his first year of office, he would do something about unlawful immigration.  Merely another broken promise not kept.  (Obama also promised to close GITMO). Now Obama promised to grant amnesty to those who broke our federal immigration laws before he was elected POTUS.  I cannot support an amnesty program as suggestd by Obama for those who broke the law in the first place.

Hence, the people of Arizona state they will do their duty because a branch of the federal government has failed.  I concur.  We, the people are in charge.  Not the government. Merely remember that Constitution thing, we, we the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union . . ..

Therefore, I support the efforts of the people of Arizona and their Arizona Senate Bill 1070. It is also my belief and quite reasonable that most of the people of the United States expect our laws to be upheld and enforced. To which I concur.

So, why are there so many unlawful immigrants here in the United States?  It is our duty, we the people to fire those that fail to uphold our federal laws.  So let us fire Janet Napolitano, DHS Secretary and give Kris Kobach the job.

There are very few people and organizations in America that do not want our laws upheld and enforced related to unlawful immigration  We need to get rid of them also. The only rational reason there are those opposed to upholding and enforcing immigration laws is because they depend on unlawful immigrants for their own economic self-interest.  Shame on them.

Warning: Nazi-like activity in Prairie Village Kansas

WARNING-BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE IN PRAIRIE VILLAGE KANSAS

The police and the city employees that did actually show up for work at Prairie Village City Hall are Nazi-like.  I went to this municipal city hall merely to get some of their local ordinances. I could not find one person that was elected to office. The Mayor was gone. The City Manager was gone.  The City Clerk was gone.  The Police Chief was gone. 

Where are they? And why are they still getting paid, if they are not working?

And those that were working were very rude.  So be wary if you are ever in Prairie Village, Kansas.  I am pretty certain this is the kind of city Hitler would be proud of.  And did those working give me a copy of the ordinances I requested?  Heck no. 

Now I have to send a request via certified mail, return receipt.  Why?  It is too dangerous to go to the city hall of Prairie Village, Kansas.  Especially be careful of  the nazi-like people that work for the city clerk; despite the city clerk not even being there.

Where are all these elected officials?  I wonder.

Maybe they are having a meeting at Hitler's home.  Call me if you see Hitler running around.  More than likely, he will be found to be living in Prairie Village, Kansas.

What does Scherer and Obama have in common?

Both of us are horrible at bowling. 

Although I am pretty certain I am a better bowler than the President of the United States by a few pins.  If you want to find out how horrible a bowler I am, this Sunday, Father's Day I am sponsoring a meet and greet at the Mission Bowl in Mission Kansas. Not only their bowling, they also have a arcade and a place to buy refreshments like beer, hot dogs, nachoes with cheese and soda pop. 

What a deal!  Your cost to bowl-zero.

The first 25 to show up at 5:00 PM, I will assume the cost for one free round of bowling.

Bring your own balls if you have some.  Also, each bowler will responsible for bowling shoe rental at a high cost of $3.25.  Instead of paying $3.25, Mr. Scherer recommends or suggests that a true  fiscal conservative go to Goodwill or the Salavation Army and never again, pay a ridiculus price for renting shoes for about an hour,ever again.

Maybe there will be a prize or something for some of the more colorful bowlers.  Come to the Mission Bowl, Mission Kansas and find out if you are a better bowler than Scherer and the President of the United States of America, that Obama dude. If you are, you can brag about your expertise as a bowler being better than Scherer and the President of the United States forever.

And remember, when Scherer is bowling, he does not want to talk about politics.  After bowling, you can tell him what you want him to do since you are going to be his boss after the election.

Some schools districts are more equal than others-thanks LOB

In the book 1984, clearly there was equality for all.  Some were merely more equal than others.  Ditto for Kansas public school districts and the students that attend.  Thanks to an invention called the local option budget, or LOB.  So, if you reside in a wealthy district like JOCO, your kids are more equal than those that live in less wealthy WYCO.  Thanks to a monster called LOB. 

Why no one has challenged the LOB being in violation of the 14th Amendment equal protection clause amazes me.  Here in Kansas, two communities JOCO and WYCO have an inequality of epic proportion.  This is not just limited to school districts.  This also includes a wide inequality when it comes to real estate taxes.  Some homes, although the same, are really more equal than others. 

Hence, why I am challanging the real estate tax assessment system for all homeowers in Kansas.I have referred to this inequity in all counties across the state as the "real estate comparables nonsense" for good reason.  It is nonsense that merely allows the county governments to grow bigger and bigger using that comparables nonsense, even during a recession.

Any day now, the Kansas Court of Taz Appeals, an unconstitutional court is going to have to issue an order than I can appeal.  In prior posts, this court was uncertain whether it was a court of law or not.  Now this is hard for me to understand.  Usually courts are based on law.  And only in Kansas would some courts be more equal than others.  Why COTA cannot allow a jury trial as promised in our Kansas Constitution also mystifies me.

I am pretty certain it will also mystify the Kansas Court of Appeals on how a court and its judges are uncertain and unable to ascertain whether they are a court of law or alternatively, merely a state agency just like the Board of Tax Appeals was.  Remember BOTA-Now Called COTA.  All due to some horrible legislation called Substitute for House Bill 2018. 

Further, in all three counties of the 3rd Congressional District, real estate tax revenue also varies unequally in each county's budget suggesting  some are more equal than others.  Maybe not for long though.  I intend to ask the United States Supreme Court soon, why in Kansas,  some are more equal than others.

Crime and Justice in America

Sometimes it is not fun running for United States Congress.  This is serious business most of the time.

The horror stories I hear related to crime convinces us that our system of justice and our federal penal system are horrible.  We have too many people in jail for really silly reasons. We have fusion centers spying on Americans.  DHS considers US Veterans to be a domestic threat to our nation.  Our justice system is out of whack. Locally, people are arrested instead of being protected and served.  All is based on an economic engine. We have lost and need to regain the clause "individual liberty".

For example, if you drink one beer, and you are pulled over, you are going to jail.  If you smoke cigarettes, you can only do so in your own home.  Then, there are huge sin taxes on products the federal and state govt. does not want you to do.

If you smoke marijuana and the police find out, you are going to jail.  If your child is attending public school and throws a spitball, your child is going to jail. Federal prisoners file fake and file fraudulent tax returns and get huge refunds to spend at the federal pen commissary. US Senators do not care.

To which I say this is insanity.  Our justice system needs a major overhaul.  When we are throwing kids into jail for throwing a spitball, we have lost the concepts of individual liberty and clouded the the skies above us.

The federal government is suipposed to be narrow and limited.  Instead, we have a huge federal government trying to tell us what we can or cannot do in our homes.  Our justice system is corrupt and failing its duty.  We the people have to step forward and demand our justice system be restored as the founding fathers envisioned.

One solution is electing Scherer as your congressman. Scherer walks the talk.

Endnote: Scherer is attending a presentation on why our public education system has a 50% dropout rate.  This is equally horrible.  Do we really need the United States Dept. of Education?  I tend to agree with Ron Paul's logic..  The US Dept. of Education is a huge waste of bureaucracy and has failed to do their duty. Federal agencies are merely pushing paper around while failing to do their jobs of helping us, we the people.

We are in charge now.  We need to fix this also. Demand we restore our liberty while concurrently we shrink and restore the federal government to a narrow and limited purpose, as envisioned by our founding fathers.

Just say no to Congressional Candidate Jim Barnett

A good friend of mine formerly from my home town, Atchison Kansas stated to me today that "there is no da nile river in Kansas or Egypt."  (A pun, for the word denial).

There is the Nile River in Egypt but the only denial in regard to Barnett's congressional campaign is admitting he thinks he has some right to kill people by prescribing medications to cause them to die like he did to Cindy Anonymous's grandmother.

Now Cindy Anonymous through her attorney has a filed a lawsuit against Jim Barnett.  To which the Emporia newspaper refuses to publish in their legal notices.  I called their editor.  He just laughed.  Why? 

Why would a paper like the Emporia Gazette refuse to publish this legal notice of a lawsuit filed against this doctor? The only rational reason is this newspaper must want Jim Barnett to be their congressman.  I do not want to have to do business with Jim Barnett, ever. 

I do not like doctors that are also Kansas senators who think they are God-like and try to kill the elderly. Nor do I support what some democrats call comparative medicine. This is really called doctors pick and choose who lives and dies.

I do not support comparative medicine infringing on health care rights of an individual.  Congressional candidates must keep their promise to abide by the United States Constitution and be life affirming. The right to life, liberty and happyness are promised in the United States Constitution to each and every citizen. 

There is no provision provided in the United States Constitution giving doctors like Jim Barnett a superior right to who lives and who dies.  Nor should there ever be a superior right of a doctor over your life, or that of your loved ones.

Back off and drop out Mr. Barnett.  You do not deserve to be a congressman or a medical doctor.  You lost that right when you tried to kill Mrs. Anonymous's grandmother.  Way to go.

Scherer is a champion fighter for your individual rights

 The founding fathers in writing the United States Constitution were of firm belief of the rights of the individual as being critical to adoption by the several states.  Mr. Scherer supports the conviction and belief of our nation's founding fathers that individual rights were, and still are very important to our nation.

Now Mrs. Moore, just like her husband, want to do an economic redistribution plan of your money.  Mr.Scherer unlike this lady, oppose an economic redistribution scheme put forward by the President of the United States.  For good reason, Scherer is not a socialist like Dennis and Stephene Moore.

If you do not want your money to be redistributed in some kind of zany unlawful redistribution, then this August, you should vote for Thomas Scherer.

We are. 

Status Update: Today, Mr. Scherer met with the Johnson County attorneys on a proposed stipulation.  That stipulation effort was denied today by the attorneys.  Basically, Mr. Scherer asked if JOCO Govt. would stipulate that Substitute for HB 2018 is unconstutitional along with the many Kansas statutes impacted by that horrible piece of crap legislation.

In simple terms, this important tax case is what Mr. Scherer does to earn your vote.  We merely wonder what is Stephene Moore Rhetoric doing to earn your vote.  We cannot tell because she will not debate Mr. Scherer in a public forum, even if her husband was the moderator.  What is Stephene afraid of?  A better question is, what are her qualifications to be a congressman?  No one seems to know including Stephene. 

If Stephene will not speak for herself, and instead relies on Larry Gates to communicate for her and to the media, what does that tell us about Mrs. Moore?

Exactly-she is afraid of Scherer, she is running on a hidden agenda including being pro-choice, hating babies, hating unions and quite the opposite of Mr. Scherer.  The United States Constitution guarantees the right to life.  It does not guarantee the right to kill a baby.  There are quite a few differences between Scherer and Moore rhetoric, part II.  Demand Stephene debate Mr. Scherer, ASAP.  Meaning before the Primary Election. 

To date, she refuses to debate Mr. Scherer. Highy implying she is afraid.  Mr. Scherer is not afraid.  Why is Stephene? 

Is she a veteran like Mr. Scherer having fought for his country.  Has she advocated for the civil rights of individuals since 1994 like Scherer?  We do not think she has.  Hence, why she is afraid to debate Mr. Scherer in a public forum, even if her husband Dennis is the moderator.

The Plank Issues based on a consensus of the voters


Introduction: A person running for United States Congress should do their best to filter which issues are the most important to the electors to warrant and earn their vote. Therefore, most candidates have 3 major issues. Having met many of the electors over the last five years, these are what I have heard consistently are the most important of many issues.

The No. 1 Plank Issue must be my strict adherence to the United States Constitution as written by our founding fathers. Therefore, since there has been so much deviation from complying and understanding our United States Constitution by so many.

I am going to devote a lot of time before the election in doing whatever I can to see our federal government and those that represent we, the people of the United States whom love our country, want a smaller and limited federal government that focuses on the rights of the individual.

By following the United States Constitution lays the foundation for my position on all other issues. Therefore, this has to be the No. 1 issue of this congressional campaign. Nothing could be more important. The United States Constitution including constitutional amendments defines what I am supposed to do as your congressman.

The No. 2 issue is related to the national economy. This issue would include doing what I can to ensure our economy is improved; while concurrently ensuring the federal government is more efficient and effective with your tax dollars.

This includes a desire for fiscal conservatism and not wasting your federal tax dollars. This includes federal tax policies that need to be reformed. I support progressive tax policies that are not punitive to those that work for a living. I tend to support a progressive tax policy that is based on net worth-not income.

In regard to our national infrastructure, I have spent tremendous amount of time on economic issues. I am firmly convinced that our national infrastructure is so important. I believe if the people of this nation support using their federal tax dollars to rebuild and maintain our national infrastructure.

 I support the building of a high speed rail system as vital to our economy. Building high speed rail over the next decade should be a priority. The building of high speed rail should not be paid for with your federal dollars. Private industry should be responsible for the building of a high speed rail system.

Other portions of our national infrastructure include the power grid, reduced reliance on foreign oil, and fixing, maintaining and improving our federal highways. State highways are the responsibility of the state-not the responsibility of a federal government. So these kinds of theme of each geographic area are responsible for their people paying for what they want; Instead of using the federal government to pay for city, county and state projects having no nexus to the operation of the federal government. The only funding I will support in earmarks or any other legislation must have a federal nexus. And if there is no nexus, I will not support any congressman that proffers such funding.

I remain convinced Dwight Eisenhower understood how vital transportation is. Therefore, I too, like Ike, believe by a narrow focus on our national infrastructure, the rest of the economic prosperity will follow the same path taking our nation from a big recession to a major economic recovery.
In regard to jobs, I want to do what I can to ensure businesses are not using foreign labor. I will support those companies that are a) domestic, and b) keep jobs in America.

The 3rd major issue will merely be called other issues. This would include education, immigration, poverty, health care, foreign trade, wars, closing GITMO, trying war criminals, being transparent, doing what I can to end partisanship (by using Sandbox rules). There are many other issues that need solutions.

Hence, why the voters need a candidate that does not give moore rhetoric. The voters need and want someone like Scherer for their congressman.  Scherer walks the talk.  Unlike the Moore's.  The Moore's talk, make promises and then vote the exact opposite just as if they were Brutus stabbing Caesar in the back.  No moore more.

There are so many major issues that all of us want addressed. Like you, I get it. I understand. I hope you understand I am merely one person asking for your vote and your prayers. There is so much that needs to be done to make our nation better one step at a time.

In conclusion, it is my belief I have earned your vote by doing things before the election. That is why I humbly ask you, the voter to send me to Washington DC to be your better congressman.

Having published our plank issues, it is equally important as your next better congressman, to lay out my core values on why you want to vote and elect me to United States Congress. Therefore, below are my congressional values that I have determined by listening to you, my employer that are important to you and are your minimum expectations from your better congressman.
  1. Be moral and have strength of character. Be open and have no fear.
  2. Be as positive as much as possible.
  3. Do not be a complainer-have solutions and implement those solutions in cooperation with other congressman
  4. Be respectful to all. And when facing bureaucracy, do not waiver. Be steadfast and tenacious in doing what I can as your elected congressman
  5. Fight to ensure your individual rights are not infringed upon by the federal government
  6. Stop the progression of the federal government into socialism
  7. Be supportive of small business and domestic corporations as vital to our national economy; while concurrently ensuring some corporations like the drug, health and insurance companies do not gouge you related to health care
  8. Be supportive of fair trade; not free trade
  9. Be transparent as much as possible by using technology and other resources to communicate with you, my employer
  10. Be transparent about what a congressman can and cannot do.
  11. Reduce the size of the federal government as much as possible.
  12. Be consistent so the voters clearly will know now how I will vote after being elected to the United States Congress
  13. Do my best to let the voters understand that to arrive at a smaller federal government, we all  accept some kind of personal responsibility to ensure there is that reduction in the federal government.
  14. To ensure to the best of my ability the laws of this nation are upheld and enforced by federal agencies
  15. To act as your interface when dealing with federal agencies
  16. To have sufficient staff (Constituent Services) that responds and communicates with you, based on my delegation to take care of your needs
  17. When making and casting votes, merely ask and apply an analytical framework applying these core values including asking myself, what would Jesus do, if he were a United States Congressman.

Your call-a fiscally conservative democrat named Scherer or Moore Nonsense, Part II

Democratic voters have a clear choice in the Democratic Primary.

A fiscally conservative prolife candidate named Scherer or a fiscally irresponsible liberal socialist that likes abortions named Stephene.

Many ask what makes Moore's wife qualified to run for Congress,  Most that I polled have no idea what makes Stephene even close to being qualifed to run for Congress.  Does being married to a retiring fiscally irresponsible congressman enough?

I do not  think being married to a congressman constitutes an adequate justification to vote for moore of the same nonsense that got our nation into the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression. 

Going forward, we will give you plenty of opportunity on why Mr. Scherer is the right choice in the August Democratic Primary. For example, Stephene refused to debate Mr. Scherer.  Why?

What gives Stephene the right to set up her campaign HQ in her husband's congressional office in Overland Park at 8417 Sante Fe using your federal tax dollars? Is that lawful? Why does she not use her own money instead of using her husband's congressional office. One would think a person running for Congress would not do something unlawful like that.

Why is her campaign committee called Friends of Stephene Moore?  Are you one of her few friends?  We are not friends of Stephene.  Why should we be?  We have had more than enough of liberal pro-abortion democratic socialism. 

What is she afraid of regarding her recent refusal to debate Mr. Scherer?  Does she not want the voters to find out what her position is?  Will Larry Gates continue to have to be her spokeman?  What exactly does Stephene represent if not more socialism and liberal thought. 

Most of us Americans are tired of fiscally irresponsible democrats.  Who in their right mind would want another Moore to be their Congressman? Most voters will reject Moore, Part II. 

Most I talk to say they have seen  moore than enough of this fiscally irresponsible  liberal socialism.  It is time to ensure there is no more Moore's wasting your federal tax dollars doing an economic redistribution scheme.

There is a better candidate for your United States Congress. There is a better choice called Thomas E. Scherer, the better candidate for United States Congress. Scherer is earning your vote.  We do not think qeing the wife of a retiring congressman to be adequate to be your next congressman. Most I poll say no more Moore. What do you say?  Have you had more than enough.  We have.

I can beat Yoder's Corruption in the General-No More Moore has no chance

I can beat Yoder and all his corrupt contributions in the general election.  No more Moore has no chance of doing so.  So why should Dem voters waste their vote on one of Dennis Moore's wives in futility?

After I win this democratic primary, I am pretty certain the Dem Party will realize I represent their best opportunity to retake the 3rd District.  Having been in several parties, having studied all of the various parties in Kansas as a stateman instead of a being some kind of ""bought candidate" by the rich and powerful like Yoder.  Merely answer reason again to vote for Scherer for the Democratic Primary and General Election.

Lots of work to get done.  This includes hammer time on the head of the Moore or less-Head Larry Gates.  If Larry is now the official spokesman  for Stephene Moore, he should resign as the Kansas Executive Director as stated in the Kansas Democaratic Platform and Plank.  No bias should be demonstrated Larry.

The next media interview, make Stephene speak her own position-she is the candidate Larry.  What is the matter? Either she cannot speak the vocal language, she is too stupid to answer questions intelligently, or a combination of being stupid, uninformed and not having any courage to speak to the media. 

In closing, Larry Gates in my humble opinion should be fired for conning her to run for U S. Congress, when clearly she is going to be slaughtered by those of us far more experienced and qualifed.  Naturally, I am more qualified than all of them.  Remember, out of all candidates, I am doing stuff to earn your vote.  The filed candidates, what are they doing?  Waving at you from car during the parade?  Instead of talking to you, their boss?  Me, I walked among the crowd at the event in Mission and Old Mission Days.

Where were the rest of the yahoos?  Are they afraid to appear in public?  Or, or they too elitest unlike Mr. Scherer.  Mr. Scherer is not and does not want be any lousy elitest.  He is a human being just like you.  The only difference between you and Scherer is I was stupid enough to have tenacity to keep in the election, until elected to be a United States Congressman.

Who is looking good for POTUS 2012?

Who is looking good to get rid of Obama in 2012?

High on my list is Sarah Palin.  When I met her in Independence MO, she stated I could be in her cabinet if she is elected President.  I am pretty certain her country is ready to have a female president, provided that POTUS is not named Hillary.  Which is pretty much out of the running since she would have to stab her boss Obama in the back to run.

So, Sarah is in the running.  Hilliary is out.  And Crazy Nancy Pelosi stands no chance whatsover. If Sebelius even considers running, I will defininitely leave America.  Kate Gilligan Sebelius is a horrible elitist and her own meglomania, believes she is above the law.  I will be glad when she is no longer in charge of anything.  Kate, you suck.  I hope I attain standing so I can sue you again. Us insiders really know how she was as KS GOV.  Most Kansans that were in tune with what was going on were thrilled she left Kansas. 

Then, there is Mitt Romney.  I would not support any GOV that forces health insurance upon every citizen like he did in MA.  Mitt may be high in the list, but without my vote.

Newt Gingrich, is a maybe.  Newt is a sharp guy.  So maybe we will see Newt vs. Palin in the final analysis.  That GOV from LA keeps appearing.  So maybe Jindall will run for POTUS, but not even come close to the nomination.  Maybe a potential VP pick.  But I doubt it.

There is a GOV in Indiana that actually is doing a good job in managing that state.  He is not well known but I see his name mentioned.  We also know genius Ron Paul will run again.  I hope if he does, which he will split the vote again, he will continue his efforts to wake up America.  As will Dennis Kuchinich.  He will probably run again as will Ron Paul.  Ron Paul could do better if he had a plan of a gradual transistion that would cross party lines.  Ron is attracting more and more people to vote for him.

 However, Ron Paul is really a maverick and a statesman, so he gets my respect.  Maybe my vote, if Sarah Palin is not nominated.  Ron Paul anyday against Romney.  Paul against Newt-toss up.  Leaning towards the GOP base voting predictably for their nomination and not crossing party lines or voting for an independent like Ron Paul.

One thing is certain.  The best liar and spinner of fantasy will win the election.  That means Mitt Romney. vs. Obama.  The winner of the election is never the person I vote for.  I do not vote for fantasy.  I vote for a practical person that offers solutions earning my vote.  So more than likely, than means Romney currently has the best shot.  He is great at political rhetoric.

And Obama, despite being born in Kenya is obviously going to run against the GOP nomination.  Obama or Romney, if that is who is nominated, consider expatration to South America.  I will be.  I do not want either one elected to be President of the United States in 2012.    

Naturally, the Dems will nominate Obama.  The only question is whether he will dump Joe Biden.  Which I doubt.  Even I like Joe Biden.  But not for POTUS.  So much for what I see, hear and read.  What the rest of you think?  I am going to be at Shawnee Days in Shawnee, Kansas Saturday.
