Yes Scherer is now the favored DEM Party Congressional Candidate to ensure no moore rhetoric, Part II

Yes, Scherer once again after a brief period is now back as a Democratic Candidate for United States Congress.  My goal is simple.

After having to endure moore rhetoric than most of us can tolerate, I like the odds of running against moore or less, part II of Moore rhetoric. So,  by merely checking with the FEC, you might notice I switched from the GOP candidate to the Dem Candidate for United States Congress.

From the very beginning, at the bottom of this blog, I stated party affiliation is not what is important to a statesman.  Love of our country comes first including the individuals who are in charge of it.

I am really a hybrid stateman, taking the best of all political ideas regardless of party affiliation that I have heard to make our country a better nation.  So, I took ideas that the consensus of most of you stated you wanted from your next congressman.  Clearly, without any doubt, I am listening and understanding what most voters want and expect from their next congressman.

Balancing fiscal policy, smaller governments, less taxes, less war (if any), better education not based on money, but accountablity. (In  Florida for example, they are discussing legislation to do away with tenure which is an interesting idea). And the biggest consensus, bring jobs back to America and rebuild America.  Return to following the United States Constitution as written, but not followed by far too many political hacks.  It is time we the people take back control of our governments.  And I promise that is what I am going to be so happy when we remind those in Washington and in Topeka, we are in charge.

We the people.  And when they ignore we the people, we fire them and hire new people.  Like Scherer. I will be returning home shortly to Kansas.  Good.  I miss a lot of you.  Later.

ENDNOTE: My April campaign finance report will be available shortly.  Both the FEC analyst and I agreed to do it later next week due to some kind of software glitch.  The numbers will be ok.  This election is not about who has the most money.  I could care less if Yoder has 500k or 500 million.  He is not the better candidate for YOUR United States Congress.  He is merely the candidate that is greased the most with campaign bribes from special interests.

Seems to be time for another of those Supreme Court nomination things.  Now I like Justice Stevens.  He was a great historian at SCOTUS.  I am pretty certain most of us will not be happy with who that Obama dude picks.  On my old blog the last time, my No. 2 pick was selected-that Sotomayer lady so Justice Ginsberg would not be so lonely.  So, I kindly suggest a review I wrote the last time at my snarky New Style Kansas Politics.

Naturally, the list will be very similar.  Barry will once again pick and promote some ultra-liberal to tip the balance of justice from the typical conservative scale to his ungodly socialistic liberalism.  So naturally, our first pick will be that lady from Georgia. Although to date, Barry has ignored the south.

Plus, Barry has ignored liberal CA.  But more than likely, he may pick another one of his cronies from IL.  The rest of the states, I would not hold my breathe on one of their jurists being selected.  I am also pretty certain Barry will definitely not  pick a conservative.  So, this is going to be a long, very long nomination process taking away a lot of attention from the congressional primaries.  But that should not matter.

The Demiwants have gone into self-destruction mode assuring the primary and general election this year will see a major shift in both houses.  Good.  Further, most people are not happy with either the demiwants or the party of NO.  I do not blame middle class America from really being upset. I am upset but everything I set out to do is now happening slowly.

Our nation is slowly returning to the vision of our founding fathers-that United States Constitution thing.  Not infringing on the sovereignity of other nations and keeping focused on our own domestic agenda; instead of pursuing hegomony all over the universe.

Which leaves me  well positioned as one of the original tea party people from way back-way back to 1994 when I became a charter member of the Reform Party started by Ross Perot.  So, most of us that like America know the Tea Party movement, despite those liberal commies over at CNN failed trying to divide and conquer the Tea Party.  Good again.

Once again, we as a nation are going to due our duty when any branch of the federal government has failed us, we the people. It is our turn again to return to the vision of our founding fathers when they wrote the United States Constitution.  Shortly after November elections, we should enter into a few years of economic prosperity again.

But we must be vigilant to ensure that economic prosperity does not result in foreign trade wars in the next few years.  Particularily with China and India as they feel the pain and loss of jobs as we refocus on not shipping jobs all over the planet earth as we begin to rebuild America.  Is it not time to finally focus on what we can do here in America?

Is it not time we return jobs to America, reject NAFTA and CAFTA for cheap labor and stop helping China?  Is it not time to rebuild America's infrastructure by American companies instead of you, the taxpayer?  Is it not time we return to saving money and investing in America?  Of course it is.

We still have to battle the domestic enemies here at home.  The corporates and their army of lobbyists--the drug, health and insurance industries in particular continue to want to dominate the domestic agenda. These entities are still trying to get the rest of your money that the big governments have not taken.  The era of big governments is basically over.  Good again. From the federal to local level.

Governments do not create economic prosperity by getting more socialism and doing this insane social redistribution. Socialsim-it has never worked and it never will.  We have had to witness the federal government from Bush to Barry wasting trillions of dollars that will cost all of us decades to pay back.  But do not get pessimistic or cynical.

Sure, a lot of the corrupt politicians will get re-elected.  But they will be singing a new tune.  They have no other options.  That is why the campaign finance laws were changed by the Supreme Court so the corruption by corporate America can continue.

Now in regard to me  personally, I am returning to Kansas City April 28 I argue on April 30 at the horrible Kansas Court of Tax Appeals on why Substitute for House Bill 2018 passed by horrible Senator Tim Owens is unconstitutional breech of the seperation of powers creating a fusion government in Kansas.

Some state my challenge to the real estate comparables nonsense is too dry, too complicated or too bland for most homeowers in Kansas to understand why the GOV of Kansas should not have a separate judiciary whereby the GOV can control property taxes as a new method of ensuring the the various state to local levels of goverment in Kansas and the Kansas legislature just keep getting and bigger via the county property tax comparables nonsense.

It is time to change this real estate comparables nonsense. And that is my job for the moment earning your vote this election cycle.  Unlike the other rookie yahoo congressional candidates, I am working to earn your vote.  They are still trying to figure out how to get your money.  On May 1, I attend a leadership conference including keynote speaker Sarah Palin.  Whether Palin is the GOP nominee in 2012 is uncertain.  But I hope we do get a President that is a natural born citizen of the United States, unlike that dude born in Kenya. Buty for certain, it will not be a socialist. Our next President in 2012 will be a fiscal conservative.  We have no other choice as a nation.

We were in a very dangerous period of American history.  Thank God and Jesus for the Tea Party movement.  Both the free spending big governments since 2000 have to take the responsibility for sending our nation into one of the worst economic crises since the Great Depression.

Many deserve and will be fired this election cycle.  For we the people have awoken and we are in charge of this nation-not them.   So whomever is selected to replace Justice Stevens, we will  fix that also. Have I not been listening to you, the voters?  Is that the consensus of what you want from your next congressman?  I think it is.

Heck with politics-I am in love and therefore in a world of trouble

Hey forget all that political crap.  I am in love.  I met the coolest lady ever, last Friday.  I will call her Daisy. For good reason-that is her name.

Now Daisy is simply the most incredible woman I have ever met.  Ever.

Now how did this happen?

Anyway, Daisy has it all.  She is intelligent, beautiful inside and out.  She knows stuff.  I care more about Daisy then I do myself.

Now the big problem is mutuality.  I want to be with Daisy all the time. But I must go slow and not be annoying.  I must be patient and let Daisy do some chasing too.

Now like a typical man using manthought, I naturally spent a lot of money wooing Daisy. We spent all weekend doing real cool stuff. Music, dancing, seeing some really cool stuff in nature, art, casino time.  Talking and listening to music she liked.  Now, when us men fall in love, we are in a world of trouble.  We act really stupid and say stupid things.  We get romantic.  Honest.

I brought out my Kahail Gibran book.  I am reading the book, a page per day.  I have the Daisy, you are cool flu.  Now Daisy is a Reike Master.  Like me, she is a professional writer.  That basically means we are sensitive and very passionate, yet do not like criticism.  At my age, I can deal with the criticism, but sometimes it still hurts. I just have to do my best to not react to it.  Would someone that knows Daisy give her a call.

We are supposed to spend Easter together.  I do not really want to wait another 3 days until Easter.  What do you wise women out there in the world ir suggest I do?

I am open for suggestions and do not want to screw this up?

You can write to me, ladies only, at  I will respond to everyone that writes, like usual.

Help.  I am love with an incredible and mystical woman.  I am in a world of trouble.

More Cheap Pandering Tricks For the ladies-Part II on March Madness

Ok, I am heavily pursuing the lady vote.  In all three counties.  So let me be quite clear.  I am listening to the ladies and their collective wisdom.  I get it.  I have participated in groups focused on what the ladies want.  Being a man, you know how hard it is for us to listen.  And that is just the TV, much less you or the kids.  So be kind to us men because it is so hard for us to focus and pay attention during March Madness.

Men really are like two animals combined.  A pig and a puppy dog.  We really hate to listen unless it is about our stuff.  You know.  Cars, motorcyles, fishing, golfing, our jobs, how great our own cooking is, even though even our dogs bark at the food we prepare since it really does taste either bland from no seasoning, or is far too hot to ingest our special chili.  And do not get me started on grilling food and bbq.  That comes next month. Anyway . . .

We also are very good at sports trivia able to recite detailed statistics no reasonable person cares about.  We like gambling.  Hence, why we invented the stock market.  The mere idea of making money without working appeals to most men.  As well as any other form of gambling that involves moving things.  Horses, cards, roulette wheels.  You name it-if it moves, we will bet on it.

All the vices we men like.  So for this week, do the Sarah Palin thing.  Get out a black magic marker and draw things on your anatomy.  Also give an instruction manual to your lover or husband.  Throw in a bunch of pictures because more than likely, the man will ignore anything written.  Give oral instruction and give positive reinforcement.

Now being a typical man, if it is electronic, we will buy it. In fact, I went to Garmin Industries in Olathe to get my electronics fixed for my bass boat so I could find some fish.  Now if Garmin can help us men find fish, why can us men not find a mapping device for the female anatomy.  Beats me.  But we need one.  Until Garmin or some other wise electronics company does, use the Sarah Palin magic marker device.  Draw big arrows on your body telling your man where the hot zones and proper place to park the car are.

We really like pleasing the ladies. We just cannot find the map.  Now that is merely step 1.  Now most men are very simple to motivate.  We only are motivated by a few simple things.  Sex, food and TV.  Or some men, change the order a tad-sex, TV and food.  That  is about it.

So, knowing this as most ladies do, all that is left is massaging our shallow egos.  When your man comes home, attach the remote control to your body.  Tell  your lover all he has to do to watch March Madness all weekend, is he merely has to push the right buttons.  And since you have applied that magic marker thing all over,  draw some big buttons so he can find exactly where those buttons are.

Further, before he gets to push the buttons, tell him how wonderful he is.  Let him drone on about what he believes he did at work.  Naturally, this will be so far from reality, but do not correct him.  Give him a cookie or beer if rambles on about work too long.  Tell him his car looks great.  And how he should get a huge promotion at work and how he really is in charge of the Joe Blowhard Corporation.  And if they only put him in charge, the entire universe would be better.  You really do not have to listen any of this.  Just nod your head and say, "that is great honey".

So now his ego is inflated and he is wagging his tail like a puppy dog.  Ignore the fact he has thrown his junk in the nearest place to the front door because if he is like most men, he is a pig also.  Regardless . . .

So recapping, you have done the remote thing, done the Sarah Palin trick mapping your body, inflated his ego and actually let this man ramble on about how great he is.  You have given him a cookie like June Cleaver does with the Beav.  Cookies and milk or a cold tall beer.  So, he is pretty happy dude.

Now the remote you superglued shut last weekend at least got him out of the house for a while. However, your man figured a workaround by buying a whole new home audio entertainment system including that 102 inch 3-d  TV at Best Buy that barely fits into the living room.  So, you pretty much have you man where you want him.  Invite him into the bedroom place.  You know what to do.

After about ten minutes, then hand the man anything that moves. A ball object, or something he can handle like a fishing pole or a golf club.  Because now that he believes he has satified you, or at least given it a good shot, you want him out of the house.  So, this is really quite simple.

Anything that moves, will keep him entertained.  So tell your man to go do something he really likes.  We call this sports and recreation.  He will leave the house happy, wagging his tail like a puppy dog.  After he leaves, once again, time for the bubble bath thing so you can finish what he did not.  And the ectasy returns and you will be at peace.

Or so you thought.  He comes back inside, "honey, where are the car keys?"

Regardless ladies, empathy. For it is still March Madness.  And next month there is golfing, bowling, horse racing, baseball and stuff like that on TV. Until NASCAR gets into full swing.  No one ever stated it was easy being a lady.  So to those having to endure one more weekend of isolation, I understand.  I get it.  You know my digits.  Call me for advanced strategy, Part III.  Anytime.

Finally, have a Happy Easter.  With love, the energizer bunny.  Gotta go.  Time to hop around.
