WSUP

Seems to be time for another of those Supreme Court nomination things.  Now I like Justice Stevens.  He was a great historian at SCOTUS.  I am pretty certain most of us will not be happy with who that Obama dude picks.  On my old blog the last time, my No. 2 pick was selected-that Sotomayer lady so Justice Ginsberg would not be so lonely.  So, I kindly suggest a review I wrote the last time at my snarky New Style Kansas Politics.

Naturally, the list will be very similar.  Barry will once again pick and promote some ultra-liberal to tip the balance of justice from the typical conservative scale to his ungodly socialistic liberalism.  So naturally, our first pick will be that lady from Georgia. Although to date, Barry has ignored the south.

Plus, Barry has ignored liberal CA.  But more than likely, he may pick another one of his cronies from IL.  The rest of the states, I would not hold my breathe on one of their jurists being selected.  I am also pretty certain Barry will definitely not  pick a conservative.  So, this is going to be a long, very long nomination process taking away a lot of attention from the congressional primaries.  But that should not matter.

The Demiwants have gone into self-destruction mode assuring the primary and general election this year will see a major shift in both houses.  Good.  Further, most people are not happy with either the demiwants or the party of NO.  I do not blame middle class America from really being upset. I am upset but everything I set out to do is now happening slowly.

Our nation is slowly returning to the vision of our founding fathers-that United States Constitution thing.  Not infringing on the sovereignity of other nations and keeping focused on our own domestic agenda; instead of pursuing hegomony all over the universe.

Which leaves me  well positioned as one of the original tea party people from way back-way back to 1994 when I became a charter member of the Reform Party started by Ross Perot.  So, most of us that like America know the Tea Party movement, despite those liberal commies over at CNN failed trying to divide and conquer the Tea Party.  Good again.

Once again, we as a nation are going to due our duty when any branch of the federal government has failed us, we the people. It is our turn again to return to the vision of our founding fathers when they wrote the United States Constitution.  Shortly after November elections, we should enter into a few years of economic prosperity again.

But we must be vigilant to ensure that economic prosperity does not result in foreign trade wars in the next few years.  Particularily with China and India as they feel the pain and loss of jobs as we refocus on not shipping jobs all over the planet earth as we begin to rebuild America.  Is it not time to finally focus on what we can do here in America?

Is it not time we return jobs to America, reject NAFTA and CAFTA for cheap labor and stop helping China?  Is it not time to rebuild America's infrastructure by American companies instead of you, the taxpayer?  Is it not time we return to saving money and investing in America?  Of course it is.

We still have to battle the domestic enemies here at home.  The corporates and their army of lobbyists--the drug, health and insurance industries in particular continue to want to dominate the domestic agenda. These entities are still trying to get the rest of your money that the big governments have not taken.  The era of big governments is basically over.  Good again. From the federal to local level.

Governments do not create economic prosperity by getting more socialism and doing this insane social redistribution. Socialsim-it has never worked and it never will.  We have had to witness the federal government from Bush to Barry wasting trillions of dollars that will cost all of us decades to pay back.  But do not get pessimistic or cynical.

Sure, a lot of the corrupt politicians will get re-elected.  But they will be singing a new tune.  They have no other options.  That is why the campaign finance laws were changed by the Supreme Court so the corruption by corporate America can continue.

Now in regard to me  personally, I am returning to Kansas City April 28 I argue on April 30 at the horrible Kansas Court of Tax Appeals on why Substitute for House Bill 2018 passed by horrible Senator Tim Owens is unconstitutional breech of the seperation of powers creating a fusion government in Kansas.

Some state my challenge to the real estate comparables nonsense is too dry, too complicated or too bland for most homeowers in Kansas to understand why the GOV of Kansas should not have a separate judiciary whereby the GOV can control property taxes as a new method of ensuring the the various state to local levels of goverment in Kansas and the Kansas legislature just keep getting and bigger via the county property tax comparables nonsense.

It is time to change this real estate comparables nonsense. And that is my job for the moment earning your vote this election cycle.  Unlike the other rookie yahoo congressional candidates, I am working to earn your vote.  They are still trying to figure out how to get your money.  On May 1, I attend a leadership conference including keynote speaker Sarah Palin.  Whether Palin is the GOP nominee in 2012 is uncertain.  But I hope we do get a President that is a natural born citizen of the United States, unlike that dude born in Kenya. Buty for certain, it will not be a socialist. Our next President in 2012 will be a fiscal conservative.  We have no other choice as a nation.

We were in a very dangerous period of American history.  Thank God and Jesus for the Tea Party movement.  Both the free spending big governments since 2000 have to take the responsibility for sending our nation into one of the worst economic crises since the Great Depression.

Many deserve and will be fired this election cycle.  For we the people have awoken and we are in charge of this nation-not them.   So whomever is selected to replace Justice Stevens, we will  fix that also. Have I not been listening to you, the voters?  Is that the consensus of what you want from your next congressman?  I think it is.

Anyone that would like to post solutions to make America a better nation as a guest blog author; or has solutions to fix some of the problems in America, send me an essay to tscherer4@kc.rr.com. Also known as Thomas E. Scherer, your better candidate for United States Congress

Merely remember if I am elected to Congress, you the individual are my boss. PACS, Lobbyists and Special Interest Groups, sorry, but just go away. Americans are tired of the United PACS of America buying and corrupting our congressman and Senators. Our candidate is not for sale.
