Ok, I am still suffering due to several things like still not knowing what time I should arrive for a major neurosurgery that might kill me tomorrow. How can they kill me, if I am not there. This defines irony.

Further, I have plenty of anxiety I have to deal with regarding the horrors of yet again, another sexist Valentine's Day. For example, if I am not dead, then I have to do something for my finance, like buy her a brand new Honda Accord post-op.

To make my nightmares over V-Day even worse, if I survive neurosurgery and do not die, the doctor stated I cannot drive for at least a week. So how I am supposed to buy my finance a brand new Honda Accord if I cannot drive?

Can I buy a brand new Honda Accord on the internet out there in Internet Land? More than likely. But if I did, how would they deliver a Honda over the internet to me? What kind of download would that be? Delivering a complete auto in some kind of file over the internet is still not possible, to the best of my knowledge.

Further,if I survive surgery, I get to travel to post-op land. This is the state where I get to take a lot of narcotics so I do not remember all this horrible pain I am having from a major surgery.

Plus, one of the positives of this neurosurgery that will make my finance happy, is I will be unable to talk for days. Which means she will then get mad at me for not telling her 87 times a day, how much I love her.

Being a man, naturally I like to eat food. So, being a typical planner pre-surgery, I have to figure out what to eat, post-surgery, provided I am not dead. So, I went to my local grocery and bought food I typically do not eat-lots of ice cream, pudding, jello, soup and a case of Coors beer that was on sale.

So at least if I am not dead, I have something to eat and drink post-op. Now, I have to figure out how to get home from the hospital. I wonder if I can just walk home after having this major neurosurgery that might kill me.

If I die, I will not have to worry about transportation. I am pretty certain the pre-funeral people over at the local funeral home will call and pre-register me to take care of my needs related to getting a ride.

Finally, I am pretty certain I am turning into a drama king. I am pretty certain the voters could use a drama king for their next United States Congressman to get even with all those yahoo politicians up there in DC land. I am not sure those two words, drama king has ever been defined, so I will have to leave now and go google it.

Finally, vote for Scherer for your Congressman. He is a drama king. Get even with the bureaucrats. Send a drama king to Washington.

A few weeks ago, my finance tried to teach me a moral lesson. She was mad at me for some justifiable reason only a woman could understand.

Regardless, she stated to me what I thought she said, "never eat with the blind". Now this line messed me up. I had to think about these words for several days. First, I asked myself what is wrong with eating with blind people?

Then, she told me that is not what she stated-being a man I did not hear her properly. Her statement was "learn to eat with the blind". Well being a man, that was no clarification. So, I had to wait for her to explain to me, what the heck does that mean.

After all, I know how to eat-I am a man. Did not matter if the person I was eating with was blind or not. Heck, I have no problem eating with people that cannot see or hear. After all, I am still a civil rights activist. I try my best despite being an American to not discriminate.

Anyway, there is more to this story. Now, last week, I was mad at my finance for not spending enough time with me. I told her to not come down this weekend at all.

Naturally, she always does like a woman-the exact opposite of anything I want her to do. So she comes down this weekend anyway.

So, finally because I am a clueless man, she explains what this saying, "learn to eat with the blind" means to her and to me. She states basically, it means I am unable to see her love for me. I am blind to all the good things she does for me. I concur.

I have a very hard time believing any rational person would ever love me. So, when some person like my finance states and acts like she loves me, I remain skeptical based on my own life experiences.

It seems rational to me, if someone professes they love you, then you have to wonder what the heck is wrong with this person? I am the way I am, and someone still loves and wants to marry me anyway?

To my critical self, that is messed up. In conclusion, what can I say, but great. It is a good to be loved.

It also a good thing or act to love someone back. I am not cured of my inability to believe someone really can love me. But I am pretty good at loving back.

Would someone be so kind and send me the email or phone number for the love doctor? I am tired of being blind. Further, I am also hungry. For many things. Is there a love chef out there that can cook me up some lunch for the blind and deaf, so I do not have to?

Regardless, thanks Jesus for what you taught both of us, and the rest of humanity. Love is the answer to everything that is messing with us.

Man Warning-V-Day-Only 15 days left for cheap men to spend all your money

Ok, fellow mankind. There is only 15 days left before the dreaded annual gender discrimination day of the year-for us men to agonize a lot of what to get this year-that annual mass media ritual where you get to spend all your money on that special woman that let us pig-dog men hang around with-Valentine's Day. One of the most sexist days of the year.

Naturally, I like to ask women what they expect to get on this sexist day. Most want diamonds and other expensive stuff that makes most of us rofl about; like that is going to happen.

For example, I asked my finance what she wanted-naturally she suggested I get her a brand new Honda Accord. Which would be great if I were a billionaire.

Now if she would have suggested a new Porsche that I get to keep both the car, keys and the title on; or even better a really nifty fishing boat with double 250 hp props, she could easily gotten those kind of gifts on V-Day because that would justify me going shopping again over at the local Pro Bass Store, aka, man-shopping heaven. Especially as compared to having to go with her to buy yet again, another addition to her collection of 9,000 pair of shoes.

A Honda Accord-I actually laughed out loud when she made this suggestion and said, "baby . . . you may be the total package and the greatest thing that has ever happened to my pitiful person, but a Honda Accord"?

Now I am pretty certain there has to be something fundamentally wrong with my finance anyway. If she is actually going to marry me, what is wrong with her? Does she not understand factually I am a fiscally conservative man; or as most women refer to as, a cheap penny pinching a-hole.

Now if I am lucky and the neurosurgeon kills me Wednesday, I won't have to go shopping for V-Day and hang out with all the other men and boys in the same horrible situation.

Or, even worse again this year have to endure all those stupid commercials from the jewelry stores and Cadilliac suggested "she is worth it". Now I am not stating my finance has no value-she has plenty of value and is the total package. But a new Honda Accord?

I was thinking more along the traditional man-thinking. What is wrong with six dozen roses and some of that crappy heart shaped candy; or something where I can just call a florist?

The only problem I have this year with being traditional, is my finance will not tell me where she lives or works. So, the flower gig is out. What can a reasonable and rational man do, considering those minor trivial details, called facts.

Screw it. Baby, here is that new Honda Accord. I just cannot endure anymore shopping trying to figure out what to get you for V-Day.

OK, would anytime tell me what time I am supposed to arrive for surgery that could kill me?

Here I am wondering in my typical drama king way, wondering if my neurosurgeon is going to kill me on Wednesday. Suddenly and without warning, I get a call from some person at the local hospital wanting to pre-register me. Why should I do that? Skip the pre-registration and just register me.

So, liking to be punctual for my own surgery, I asked this person what time is my surgery. Too complicated. By analogy, this is like calling the airline for your flight departure time. And the airline rep states we do not know. Life in America.

So after this person does not what time I am supposed to be there for surgery, I ask for her supervisor. Now this is supposed to be the surgery department that is going to be whacking on my neck, making me fear for my life. It seems to me I should know as the patient, what time should I be there. After all, it is only common sense that it is pretty hard to do a neurosurgery, when the patient does not know when to be there.

To further show how ludicrous things like a major neurosurgery that might kill me can get, then this supervisor also states he does not know either. They both tell me I am going to be called by someone else, a pre-op nurse, which seems redundant.

Because I would just rather talk to the operating nurse, so why would want to talk to a pre-op person? Save time and skip pre-registration and just let me talk to a surgery nurse, instead of a pre-op surgery nurse.

To further illustrate how silly we are in America, maybe I should have talked to a pre-surgeon instead of just talking directly with my surgeon himself. Ditto for insurance people that want all my money. I should be talking to the pre-insurance folks, before I talk to the regular insurance people.

Regardless, these folks tell me the pre-op nurse will call me between 3 and 5 tomorrow. I told these folks I might not be here because I have to give oral argument before the Lee County Value Adjustment Board on a equally imcomprehesible valuation on my condo. The same condo I have to also deal with that scumbag lawyer tomorrow.

I therefore guess I will just show up for surgery like one does at a resteraunt not having a reservation. Maybe they will give me one of those infrared things that flash, letting me know my surgery table is reading for seating.

I hope I can order a glass of wine with my surgery. Because God and Jesus know I could certainly use one, before they kill me. But hey, I am grateful for the neurosurgon gave me a prescription for some narcotics. Because I am just chilling out grooving on some blues music wondering when is my neurosurgery scheduled for.

I frequently tell people here in SW Florida how I did not drink alcohol for 27 years. Then, I moved to Florida. Many say, ditto for them. Maybe today, I should call the pre-funeral arrangement people, just in case I cannot call them because I was killed having neurosurgery.

Seeking the attainment of wisdom sufficient to be stupid enough to look for enlightenment

I think wisdom is far easier to attain in life, than it is getting to Nirvana. For good reason.

I tried to find Nirvana on my GPS system so I could drive there. My GPS told me the address was unknown. So having learned some things, I figured as a wise man, I should just ask a woman for directions. But back to my post which is supposed to be about seeking to obtain some wisdom.

There are several written comments on what wisdom is. Basically, the best one my demented mind recalls is that wisdom is the state of mind of a person that has made a lot of mistakes in life, sufficient to not repeat the same mistakes over and over again. Based on women, I have not attained by any sense of the imagination, any wisdom.

Being an avid billiard player, I do have sufficient wisdom to know and understand like most billiard players, having a relationship with one of these women, messes up your billiard playing ability.

Now this would equally apply to whatever a man does with his free time, whether that be golf, fishing, boating, or any other activity a man does; when he is not busy doing what a man has to do to provide for himself and his loved ones, those basic necessities of life.

Further in support of my argument, I note that one of the purposes and functions of an academic pursuit is for the instructor, teacher or professor to demonstrate to you as the student, you do not know jack. The more you agree with the instructor, the better grade one gets.

Therefore, wisdom must be the admission one is really stupid on many things. When it comes to many things, therefore, I have attained wisdom because I am very good at demonstrating my stupidity. Just ask my finance. Further, if she were as smart as she claims, why does she hang around with me, then?

In ending, where the hell is Nirvana? My GPS has no clue. Matter of fact, I am going to see if my GPS knows where hell is also. I therefore am going to skip looking all over for Nirvana; and instead go ask my finance where the heck is this place because I now want to be enlightened.

I am pretty certain Nirvana it is real close to the dog house. Further, I note hell more than likely, is right next to the doghouse. I can find the doghouse and I do not even need a GPS device to find it. My finance will just point me in the right direction. Gotta go to the doghouse says my finance. I hope I find Nirvana is actually next to the doghouse, right by hell.

Are cats like women, or instead, are women like cats? Beats me. Or in the alternative, what came first, women or cats

I have been pondering women most of my life, usually leaving me mystified about them in total confusion. As I get more stupid with age, instead of wiser with education, work and life experiences, I now find myself at this point in life, wondering about both cats and women.

I have noticed if one ignores a cat, they like that. If you try to be friendly and pet a cat, they do not like that. Cats do not want you touching them. And then if you ignore the cat, it will scratch the back of your head for ignoring them. Now where did cats learn to be this way?

Further, a lot of women seem to like cats. Us guys, we like dogs. For good reason. Men and dogs are very similiar. Feed us and we are usually happy and will wags our tails like a puppy dog. Pat us on the head telling us we are good dogs, and again, we will wag our tails. Men are very basic and very simple. Cats and women, not so much.

So, if men ignore cats, cats do not like being ignored and will come bug you for attention. So trying to get some kind of point in this writing, should men ignore women and take a huge risk, women will not like that?

Seems to me this is the way cats and women are. If you try to pet either one of them, they do not like this. If you ignore them, they do not like this either. And even worse, they both will scratch the back of your head with their claws if they are really uphappy. Therefore, I am not certain who taught one their behavior.

Cats or women-equally confusing to all the men on the planet earth. To which in conclusion, I am going to learn to bark like a dog.

What if . . .

What if . . . a fundamental question. That question we all have to deal with, but typically avoid. What if I have this major surgery Wednesday and the worst possible scenario happens, and I die?

BFD. We all do, sooner or later.

As a person that deals with anxiety every day, I generally can see all possible outcomes. I just tend to be more obsessed about the worst case, the negative outcomes.

I do not have to worry that much about positive outcomes. So, a wise person should always have a plan, just in case the worst happens. Like dying.

So, if I do not die Wednesday, then at some point, not certain when, I can write about surviving my surgery. Plus I can be grateful to my neurosurgeon and staff for not killing me.

Finally, I can also be grateful that if this gig works, I will not be in so much pain. Naturally, I should not be so pessimistic and such an overly sensitive drama king here. But hey, I am a writer and that is just the way most of us are-we tend to be way too sensitive and far too passionate drama kings.

First, I have been a very fortunate person. I have and can love. Even all humanity if we try hard enough; although it is hard to love those things called scumbag lawyers.

Further, there are some things I do not have to love-for example, Bank of America-this entity really sucks. I can also detest entities that rely on voice response units requiring me to figure out some magic code to get to another human being.

Second, I can and do recieve in return, love from others. Sadly, it is just hard for me to see it.

Third, God and Jesus love me because I have been doing their work for a long time.

Fourth, I have done my very best and worked hard to help many. Therefore, I am and have been a good person having provided benefit to others in my own life. I have value to others. I have good values, morals and character traits sufficient to have helped many.

Fifth, most lawyers are scumbags. Not to be redundant or pendantic. Most everyone including lawyers know this.

Sixth, I need to prepare a list for those people that are the most important to me; just in case the worst happens and I do die Wednesday, Feb. 1.

Seventh, when I leave, someone will take over. What me worry? I will be dead.

Finally, I am ready for death. Love is my most fundamental passion. I am loved by others and I have in return given my love away. I have been a very fortunate person. I have not been very good at gratitude. So thanks to those that have earned it.

Going positive, hopefully, I will write about stuff later here on this blog at some point, post-surgery provided I am not dead. Ah, screw it.

Even if I am dead, I am going to keep writing. I am going to do a lot of writing and complaining about how we can make things better even in heaven.

God, I know you are listening.

Ok, another rant about our next POTUS

Ok, fans of Scherer for Congress and my other viral blog, scumbag lawyers of america.blogspot.com, this is going to be one of my last rants about the POTUS election thing. I have to have major neurosurgery on Wednesday so there be some delays in this and that other blog, due to a major loss of my ability to function.

So, having endured and survived yet again, another one of those candidate debates here in Florida, if you are like me, are you starting to think Rick Santorum actually might be a good candidate for US Congress? Now we can forget the Iowa debacle which Santorum finally actually won. I mean come on, it was Iowa.

Now most of us are either entertained or disgusted with both Mitt and Newt. Ron makes sense, but clearly understands the US Constitution too well, for the major powers in America to let him be elected. All that leaves the GOP people out there, is Santorum. All of us know if Mitt or Newt actually win the nomination, Hoover Obama will be re-elected.

Therefore, can the GOP win the Presidency with Santorum. Maybe-long shot. Here is a suggestion no egocentric, narcissistic presidential yahoo candidate will, or has ever done-do like they do in wresting and have a tag team Presidential candidacy.

Newt, team up with Santorum. Flip a coin to see who gets to be President. So, by twisted logic, a tag team might help the GOP win the election in 2012. Think about it-tag team of Newt and Santorum vs. Barry Hoover and Hilliary (shudder) Clinton. Sounds horrible with either tag team.

Question Posed: Is Estero Florida located in hell?

A youth asked me where Hell was located. She wanted to know if Estero was hell because her parents made her attend a public school here in Lee County, FL.

I had to reflect on this question because frankly, I am not sure where hell is physically located. I can state factually never been there and further, I have no plans to visit, or to spend eternal damnation in hell.

But from experience, just like black holes and a-holes exist, I know there are a lot of places referred to as a hellhole. But I am pretty certain hell is not located in Estero, FL.

Most of the locals keep telling me this myth that this is Paradise. I think this is an exaggeration. Sure, the weather here is like Paradise. So by logic, that must mean heaven has central air conditioning.

After I got acclimated to the weather after leaving a hell-hole in Kansas, I find it amusing when the weather down here in SW Florida is 70, people down here wear coats and turn on their electric heaters. In my native-born Kansas, 60 degrees is a heatwave and suntan weather.

Further, if in fact Estero was Paradise, then why are there no pearly gates on the Tamiami Highway here in Estero? Driving down this highway reminds of a straight track NASCAR event. I really fear for my life when I drive on this highway. But, back to the question.

Now I have noticed in Lee County, there are a few hellholes and a few a-holes. You can always tell when you are near Satan because there will be a bunch of attorneys hanging out.

Now Satan sends attorneys, or his dominions to places that are close to heaven to mess with all the godly folks. My take on the whole planet earth, including SW Florida is we really are more like living in Purgatory until such time we get things right; and merely love humanity like Jesus told us to do.

Jesus wants us to do good works. And here in Purgatory, we have to earn the right to go to heaven. For some of us blockheads, it takes a while.

Naturally, Satan does not like those folks that are doing God's work. So, that might explain to a rational God-loving person, why here in Paradise, there are so many heathen people that like and work for Satan. That is why there are so many lawyers in SW Florida. Satan sent them.

Naturally if you like Satan, you are moving in the wrong direction as a heathen too, down the stairs to the basement heading straight for hell.

In regard to us humans, the way to avoid hell holes (and also a-holes), is for all of us to merely do what Jesus and God wants. Jesus warned us long ago, to look out for Satan and his dominions. Especially attorneys.

Finally, this must be Purgatory. I mean there is lot of suffering and pain here in Purgatory; even if one has central air conditioning. The young student who posed the question on where in the heck is hell located, is a lot wiser than most.

So, if you are climbing up the stairway to heaven, avoid the hell-holes and a-holes, and merely keep climbing those stairs to get closer to the pearly gates by doing as much as possible, what Jesus suggested. Do good works and love each other. When you get to the top of the stairway to heaven, it is too late to change your mind and go backwards.

In conclusion by rational logic and by inspiration and prayer, hell is not located in Estero, FL. But be very careful out there-Satan is out there trying to trick you. And some of Satan's most powerful evil dominions call themselves attorneys. Avoid them. These evil people just want you to join them in hell. They are lonely and only have yahoo politicians to keep them company.

New Politically Correct Acronym-WIGO

WIGO. Think about songs by Marvin Gaye. What is going on. So, liking Marvin Gaye's music, especially that catchy tune, "Let's Get It On" (LGIO), I say let's just go ahead and have the Presidential election early. Let us get it on.

But I am digressing. WIGO. What is going on with our national and broken federal government. As a political candidate striving to be politically correct, some of the time, it is a lot better to use WIGO than some of other more appropriate acronyms I have learned. One use of the word WIGO in a sentence that would be appropriate and timely would be like this:

"WIGO" vote your incumbent arse out of office if you do not care of our business.

Like politically incorrect FUBAR (military term fouled up beyond any recognition) and WTF (legal term for what (are) the facts). These may be appropriate terms of our American culture, but I just do not feel it would be appropriate for me to use those acronyms;, so I created a new one-WIGO and then my campaign slogan is also fairly new.

WWJV4?=Who would Jesus vote for in the Presidential election, a Muslim that reminds me of Herbert Hoover, or instead, anybody else.

Gotta go. Got some crops to harvest over there in Farmville-you know-over there in the new world order-Internet Land.

Who is the top level executive in charge of US federal agencies-the Presidential Candidate President Hoover Obama

If you are like me, and I know many of you out there in America are, do you wonder why our federal agencies are failing to do much of anything worth their cost? I am.

There are so many federal agencies out there failing to do their jobs for good reason. The top level executive in charge of them is too busy campaigning for re-election, he does not have the time to oversee and manage the federal agencies he is responsible for.

Take the US Attorney General for example. You take him. I do not want him. For that matter, take any federal agency and ask a simple question:

What federal agency has performed well since Barry became President, or excuse me, candidate for US President?

The cruise ship left port a long time ago. However, the ship ran aground because the captain of the federal agencies decided to leave town to campaign for his re-election. The ocean liner called the United States national government sank a lot time ago.

In my own personal experiences, I have to endure dealing with the US DOJ, the federal judiciary system, the Federal Election "we like corruption" Commission, the VA, the IRS, and several other federal agencies, all concurrently.

And do not get me started on those things called SuperPacs-entities that have freedom of speech rights per SCOTUS because entities are somehow kind of like a person.

So, from my dealings with these yahoo agencies, abandon ship. The US federal agencies left port without the captain. The captain of this capsized ocean liner is too busy to take care of his passengers and the ship is sinking. A clear dereliction of duty owned, to we, the people of the United States of America-his passengers. Women and children get to board the life boats first.

Seems fair. Or at least that was the favorite word in Hoover Obama's SATA address. To which I shouted bingo real early. Now I am shouting abandon ship wondering where is the captain.

The captain of the ship was last spotted campaigning for re-election in Las Vegas. The captain needs to return to the ocean liner in Washington-not campaign for re-election.

So Barry, get back to work and stop all this campaigning nonsense. You have work to do including taking care of all these horrible federal agencies you are in charge of. If they are failing, you as the captain are responsible.

Barry Hoover Obama and the US Congress appear to be on vacation until November 2012

A good President, unlike Barry Hoover Obama, would keep working since he is getting paid to be our United States President. Instead, he is out campaigning like a politican for re-election. I do not ever recall a President of the United States spending his last year in office, to campaign to keep his job.

Hence, why many consider Obama does not have the prerequisite and necessary qualifications of a great leader. I could drone on and on about this.

In conclusion, Obama get back to work being our United States President. Be a statesman and a leader-not some yahoo politican only focused on getting re-elected traveling all over the nation pandering for votes. Today, you are hanging out in Las Vegas? Get back to DC and take care of our nation.

Your last year in office is not supposed to be a vacation or a junket for your re-election paid for, by us. We are paying you to do a job. Get back to work or we are going to mark you down as being awol. As the President of the United States, you could get more votes by being and acting Presidential.

Ditto for those in our United States Congress. During the hours before the SATU address, the tv commentor noted how many senators and congressmen wasted hours of time to get the end seats, just so they could be a national TV. So, to our US Senators and Congressmen, all get your asses back to work.

I am sure SCOTUS is regretting their decision allowing SuperPacs

Now I am certain SCOTUS is going to have to revisit their decision regarding corporate entities having the right to run a whole bunch of lies on TV. The lies and myths during the GOP primaries merely indicate why SCOTUS should be and is probably regretting their decision in Citizens United.

Now we have to endure mega-rich PACS funded by presidential candidates and their buddies. So, whomever is richer, allows the presidential candidate to easily state, hey, I did not run that ad. It was a PAC ad. Just because my rich buddies gave this PAC all this money, does not mean I did it. Right. And I have a Brooklyn Bridge for sale.

I have too much work to do, as it is. Would someone sue one of these SuperPacs. So, SCOTUS can revisit the issue and clearly establish entities are not kind of like people afforded the constitutionally protected right of free speech, like we, the people get.

I remember in Kansas, I volunteered to get a revisit of Roe v. Wade on a blog. If women have a protected liberty interest, why then does a father and a fetus not have a protected liberty interest, also to choose life before abortion. I think a father of a fetus should file an injuntion to stop a woman from killing his progeny. Then, take it all the way to SCOTUS so we can get Roe v. Wade reversed.

Fathers of children and fetuses under the equal protection clause must have the same protected liberty interest as women do. So, who gets to choose, when the father and mother disagree?

Sometimes, SCOTUS can be very human. And like humans can err. To fix errors from the past, someone merely has to give SCOTUS another opportunity to fix their prior errors. Roe v. Wade needs to be reversed. Who states so?

Entities . . . err I mean kind of like persons, entities called SuperPacs. We give no rights to fetuses or to the father of a child, yet corporations are human-like and entitled to free speech? Give me a break. Who is going to speak on behalf of a fetus, a thing as defined by most states, like Kansas.

The angst of most of us Americans is all related to the hypocrisy of both the governments that govern, and those we are dumb enough to choose to represent us, yahoo politicians.

In this nation, we have too many laws and regulations, the governments pick and choose which laws and regulations they are going to act or not act upon.

Selective enforcement of the law and conversely, omissions and blind failure to uphold the laws or our nation, or even come close to following the United States Constitution.

To select and pick what laws a nation is going to care about, is called political power. Those that win elections get the power to pick and choose what laws are going to be important and conversely, which laws are going to be ignored. This is called an amoral political agenda.

The best example of federal hypocrisy is the issue of unlawful immigration. Although even I admit, there are many other fine examples of government hypocrisy.

The battle over this issue pits the states rights against the federal government not wanting to do anything about immigration, lawful or unlawful. I call this hypocrisy and the effect on many of us is caled angst.

As a matter of fact, if you are an American patriot and want our immigration laws enforced, the Obama DOJ terrorists comes after you. Ask Sheriff Joe in Arizona, or Secretary of State, Kris Kobach, author of the Arizona Immigration Law for Arizona, and severawl other states, what happens when you believe a state has the sovereign right to concurrent regulatory duty to uphold immigrations laws in this country?

So if you, just like Governor Jan Brewer (AZ) have lost respect for those in charge of the federal government, I get it. The problem is so does the rest of America. Many are so disgusted with the hypocrisy, they truly and understandably want nothing to do with any government and merely try to make the best they can of their own lives, hoping they do not have to deal with a government, at all.

These people that distrust the governments are said to be cynics and in a state of apathy or indifference. To me, these are the smart people. To those of us involved in politics, we are the dummies. We are so dumb, we actually believe given the right circumstances, we can make this nation a better place, despite realizing in this nation, we have to endure so much government hypocrisy (after the election) and illusionary promises before the election.

For the most part, I have noticed American voters vote for whomever can spin the best fantasy before an election. Me, I am not that smart. I am too honest and refuse to spin a PollyAnna like vision of fantasy just to get a job representing you. If you want fantasy, illusion, smoke and mirrors, vote for the other person.

I am going to keep my integrity and morality intact, as I do my best to make this a better nation for all of us. This makes me pretty naive and to some, I am really stupid for believing I can do what I state-make our nation a better place.

Right now, the voters of Florida are deciding what they want for their GOP candidate for President. Are the voters going to pick fantasy and hypocrisy; or instead are the voters going to vote for someone that is going to make our nation better? And the choices before the voters are pretty slim-Mitt or Newt.

I for one do not want to see Mitt because he stands no chance in beating Obama in 2012. With Newt, I also do not see how he can beat Obama. But at least with Newt, the Presidential election will be far more interesting from an entertainment perspective.

Obama does not want to have to debate Newt. CNN does not want Newt to win which suggest to me we should vote for Newt then. Therefore, I suspect Florida will pick Newt over Romney.

But remember, this is Florida. Even God is uncertain who will win the Florida Presidential primary. Or, if God does know, he certainly is not telling me who is going to take this primary.

Have fun watching the debate tonight. Watch carefully for fireworks, smoke and mirrors and illusion. One thing you will not see, is a plan to make America a better nation.

First, I want to give this disclosure. Whomever I usually think would make our best President, usually is not elected to become the President of the United States. So, for 2012 I naturally would pick a person that likes the United States Constitution, unlike CNN Comedy Channel.

I do not want a super-rich venture capitalist with former off-shore bank accounts to be my President anymore than most of America. Like Warren Buffet stated, the super-rich are not paying their fair share. These rich vulture capitalist, like most of those with high net worth, take advantage of every tax loop hole they can as rational people.

Hence, why Mitt pays less of his income on a pecentage basis than a hard-working middle class person. The effect of this net worth inequality is called middle class warfare by the super-rich, to which most of us prefer to have a major "tea party".

Mitt's tax return merely demonstrates once again, we need to start a new federal tax system based on net worth-not wages/income. Naturally, most elected yahoo politicians are rich and would never let tax equality based on net worth to happen, regardless this just makes fundamental and commmon sense to most of us; but not rich yahoo politicians.

The more net worth a person has, the fairer it would be for that person to pay more taxes for many reasons. The American taxpayer does not want a super-rich person to be the President of their national government so Mitt stands about a zero probability of beating the head of the welfare nation, Barry "Herbert Hoover" Obama.

Now in regard to this Newt dude, if he was so qualified to be elected our president, how come our nation is in the mess it is in. Was'nt the former Speaker of the House responsible?

I think he is, and all we would get is more of what we have been getting. I do think Obama and CNN are more afraid of Newt because Newt is very good debater. So expect CNN to dig up all kinds of trash because CNN, the socialist comedy channel does not like Newt. Therefore, many in America do.

Then, we have Ron Paul, a hard line constitutionalist that rejects properly progressive socialism. The way America works, if you like and want to return to the United States Constitution . . . well Socialism does not like our United States Constitution as written because it messes up the welfare state. Therefore, I like Ron Paul. Which means he will never be elected. We the people of this nation need to prepare for things in this nation to get a lot worse after the 2012 Presidential election. The way things are shaping up politically is that Herbert Hoover has been reincarated in the form of Barry Obama. Hoover lives once again and it clearly shows as our national ecomomy and our nation continue to being flushed down the toilet some more.

In regard to Santorum, his call for a return to the historically traditional American family structure, based on religion, I have to support. Now if Santorum could just give a good speech.

Maybe in 2016, the 2nd Great Depression will see us return to being a prosperous and more moral nation; with a return to a more traditional family structure as hopefully this nation learns once again, in order to prosper, we must learn to reject things and start loving each other again in support of family values based on what Jesus taught us was important a long time ago.

Maybe in 2016, Rick Santoruum, a relative rookie to being a candidate for President can continue to gather steam as a lot of what he states, takes time for most of us to understand. If Santorium takes what Ron Paul is stating, a love of our United States Constitution as part of his next campaign, Rick states a good chance in 2016 of being able to fix what Hoover Obama cannot.

Finally, it is shame our tax system is not based on net worth-and the rich and powerful will make certain a fair tax system based on equality will never happen.

Anyway, if we compare the two lists, how many people are alleging to be running either state or federal, or anywhere in the universe eliminating dupes and omitting rumored candidates.

That is 13 candidates filed with some office for United States Congress, the 14th District of Florida anywhere in the known universe. Expect more to be announcing their running and I suggest some people put up their pet dog Rover to run for US Congress.

Your dog could always vote by barking on a bill about as good as some of those yahoos in DC are doing. So I suggest considering registering your dog somewhere as a candidate. I would not register a cat or some other critter, although a lot of people think some of the people in Congress are really not people, but snakes. Regardless . . .

Compare the FEC list to the Division of Elections list. What a mess. Anyone that is running and has not filed with the FEC is a rookie and should be immediately eliminated as a serious candidate.

If you do not even know how to register and file properly for United States Congress, why would anyone vote for you. So I would eliminate from serious consideration those filed in the state and not with the FEC commission.

As soon as I get time, I am going to check financial data on some of these candidates registered with the state-if they are reporting over $5000 in money, they are violation of Title II of the United States Code. And if they already are violating federal laws of our nation, those that think being a crook make good qualifications for a US Congressman, they would have someone to vote for.

So maybe the local media will figure out who is really running some day. At least that is what the executive assistant to Mia Mia Chang told me a few minutes ago. The assistant stated they did a correction that I cannot find. I cannot find my name mentioned at all in this alleged news source on their web site I was referred to.

Go to www.newspress.com and verify by searching for anything on Thomas Scherer. Nothing.

And Jeff Lytel, at the Naples New Press refuses to return my phone calls related to the same. Naturally, the Naples News Press will only report some rich person they like in their rag. God is testing me, again

I am certain God and Jesus love me because I do their work.

So, I am pretty certain if you are a good person too, we can all hang out together in heaven for eternity. This will be very cool. For good reason-at least God sends scumbag lawyers straight to hell. On a sidenote, the only difference between hell and a courtroom is Satan does not need a court reporter.

Now God keeps testing me to assure Jesus and the rest of the crew in heaven I really should be admitted. I am pretty certain I am close to the top of that stairway to heaven. Time is short. Jesus is going to be my last judge and even I know in heaven, there are no appellate courts clear to God.

God is testing me by having attorneys, real estate developer scum, the Federal Election Commission, the Social Security Administration, the Veteran's Administration, the local media, etcereas bug me. Even my finance is bugging me.

But hey, things are looking pretty good from where I sit. I am going to heaven and Todd Allen, scumbag lawyer is going straight to hell. God, would you also send my real estate developer in Indiania to hell as well? I have several people and complete entities that should have to endure eternal damnation.

If Jesus were alive, how would he be treated by the Obama Administration?

If Jesus was alive and living in Florida, how would the Obama administration treat him? First, the Obama administration would probably get DHS to classify Jesus as a domestic terrorist and a threat to the stability of our nation. CNN, the Comedy News Channel would label him an ultra-liberal hippie.

The IRS would have to audit Jesus since he has no reportable taxable income. The Department of Defense would try to get Jesus to register with the Selective Service at the age of 18, just in case the draft was re-instituted and the military might need to fight again, another war in some foreign nation.

The Department of Education would force Jesus to attend remedial classes in the local school to ensure the school Jesus would be forced to attend, would not leave Jesus behind the rest of the students. Remember, no child including Jesus is to be left behind.

The United States Department of Justice would direct the FBI to collect massive data on Jesus since he would be classified a possible domestic terrorist by Homeland Security.

Finally, Jesus would also be carefully watched because more than likely, he would contribute and want Thomas E. Scherer to be his United States Congressman; especially as compared to the outgoing incumbent, a heathen wife cheater.

Compared to the Californian incumbent, Scherer would look like a saint by comparison. Finally,most of us know Jesus would never vote for an attorney to be the next congressman for the 14th district. Wisely, both Scherer and Jesus dislike attorneys and would never want one to represent them.

And that is merely some of the things Jesus would have to deal with. Then, there is the state of Florida Jesus would have to deal with. Including having to deal with Lee County sheriff Mike Scott and all his stupid common sense "public service" commercials. Jesus wants a new new sheriff come election time in Lee County.

The bottom line what Jesus would do, if he were living here in SW Florida is call God and state it is time for Armegeddon. Send the angels, asap.

Why do humans love things and generally despise each other

Jesus wants all of us to love each other-to help each other, as much as humanly possible. Jesus never suggested that we love things and despise each other. Now this is pretty fundamental; yet, so hard to love people. Love humanity and each other, and things will generally be a lot better.

Why do we Americans love our things, but not each other? I think things typically do not hurt us; but humans certainly can as we experience that thing called life. Humans hurt other humans. Sometimes, just like Cain and Abel in the Bible, humans kill each other. So, why do we love our things; and not each other as much?

For example, if you live in Internet Land and enjoy Farmville, there is a ratonal explanation for this. Farmville does not harm you-it is a passive and addictive internet experience, lacking any communication with other human beings. Naturally, if you are doing social media things like Farmville, you do not have to interact, unless you want to with humans-a controlled environment lacking human interaction.

Ditto for small children and puppy dogs. These examples cannot harm or hurt you directly. Nor can that fancy sports car you are driving. Things satisfy our need for self-expression and our independence. We earn money and then with some of that money, we obtain things or possessions that we think define who we are.

Things do not define humans. Actions and omissions define who we are in relation to other human beings-our humanity-both our virtues and our character. Are we good people, humane and loving to others; or alternatively do you ignore Jesus and ignore humanity increasing the odds you will be sentenced to eternal damnation?

I too have a problem with lots of human beings. As I move through the passage of life, a few isolated humans have caused me grave harm. I struggle every day with past harms. I am trying my best to not dwell on past harms, stay positive as much as possible, deal with today and those few isolated humans, appropriately referred to as assholes.

We all have one-and more than likely, depending on the circumstances we all can be one to another human being.

As I age in my own life, it is difficult, but not impossible for me to learn to love humanity again. Is this wisdom with age, education and experience? Nope. It is paying attention to what Jesus taught all of us how we should live our lives. So, applying what Jesus teaches me, I have to love this scumbag collection lawyer named Todd Allen. Even though I would rather not do so.

Once upon a time, long ago and far away, there was this fantasy island called Kansas, about 1500 miles from Florida. In this fantasy land, the people got suckered into voting for an evil zealot named Sam Brokeback to be their governor.

After the election was over, due in part to the evil billionaire Koch brothers found in another fantasy island called Texas, this evil governor had the zany idea to institute a flat tax to benefit the rich corporations and businesses that had bribed and financed Brokeback's campaign to be governer with an evil regressive tax scheme hammering the middle class and the poor.

The people that lived in this fantasy island were not as simple as Brokeback thought. To deal with this zany governor, the people united and threw Governor Brokeback off the Gov throne with a simple trick called impeachment.

So the moral is a repeat of a classic moral-you can only fool people some of the time; and conversely some of the time the people you fooled, remember and do something in return called impeachment.

Regardless, a person that is indecisive and changes their mind too many times, is said to be a weak and indecisive person you do not want to elect to be a United States Senator.

Hence, I am pretty certain I know who I am going to vote for in Florida come November, 2012. Even if he is a liberal that likes to vote for Obama's socialism. To me, a liberal is better pick, albeit a weak one than what the GOP are betting on-a wife cheating, flip-flopper to be our next United States Senator from Florida.

If you are like me, dealing with the local media and the Federal Election Commission is so enjoyable, they should also consider having offices that give a congressional candidate a root canal at the same time.

Yesterday, I had to call a local newspaper located in Fort Myers, FL and inform them Edward Murrow is doing back-flips in his grave due to some local newspapers here in southwest Florida not understanding that when a person runs for federal elected office, you file your registration as a candidate first with the Federal Election Commission.

Then, later you have the option to file with the Florida Election Commission to get your name printed on the ballot prior to an election after paying a huge and astronomical amount of money to the state of FL.

So, if you thought the local newspapers here in Florida know what they doing concerning federal elections . . . well, frankly you would be wrong.

The local news media in Fort Myers in error, thought you check to see who is running for federal office, with the Supervisor of Elections in Tallahassee. You would think I was joking, but clearly I am not.

So, a wise person never trusts the local media to be accurate or factual. This explains when in comes to the trust and things called facts, we can trust the internet better than the local media.

Hence, why a recent article in The News-Press located in Fort Myers failed to list all of the filed candidates for United States Congress, including me. I am estacic with joy and fun dealing with these entities, including the President of this local newspaper who refuses to call me back.

Her name is Mia Mia Chang and her phone number is (239) 335-0277. Give her a call. I did and am still waiting for her to give me an explanation on why many filed congressional candidates as registered with the FEC were omitted and missing in their front page article dated January 18, 2012.

Also yesterday, another fun day in the life of a person filed and running for United States Congress, I had to also call the Federal Election Commission about my party affiliation being "other".

Some nutjob at the FEC changed my party registration from "other" back to calling me a democrat. Now how insulting is that? So today, I have to deal with the FEC somemore to ensure these regulators know I am not running for US Congress as a democrat again.

For the record, I am running as other. I am not a filed GOP or DEM candidate for United States Congress. Most of the voters I talk to, do not like either party. Having been in both parties at various times in my life, I do not like or trust either of these two major parties. For good reason.

Look at the state of our nation with either the dems or GOP in charge. Things just keep getting worse. And as a leader, I refuse to be a party lemming or sign any party loyalty oaths.

So, I justed wanted to let my blog readers know how much fun it is to deal with both the local media and the Federal Election Commission all on the same day. Maybe a better word, would be ironic.

Hence, why I am pretty certain the backflip Edward Murrow just did, gets a 10 on a 10 scale. So, time to get back to work. I have to call those zany people at the Federal Election Commission and ask them simply, what is going on. (WIGO).

And hopefully someday, the local newspapers in Florida figure out when you are running for federal office, you go to www.fec.gov. to get some facts on whom is filed and is actuallly running for United States Congress in the 14th District. Or hey,here is novel idea-pick up that thing called a telephone and call and verify with the person claiming to be a candidate with a small inquiry-did you register with the Federal Election Commission?

I love our United States Constitution. Especially the beginning, we the people. Not we the superpacs, not the national government, not the superrich, not the international mega-corporations.

So that is what made our country revolutionary. Our nation was founded on a simple belief that people of a country were the most important concerns of a nation. We, including me remain dedicated to the simple concepts written in our United States Constitution.

We, the people in order to form a more perfect union. What is so hard to understand about that? We the people. Do not forget what our nation's founding fathers set as the most important part of our new nation. The cornerstone upon which was founded begins with the sole word-we.

Things like superpacs, governments, and megacorporations are entities-not people. Boy, did the United States Supreme Court screw this up. Now the rest of us have to figure out what superpacs are. We, the people have to demand that entities are not considered people.

Most wise politicians know, or should know not to mess around with those of us that like free speech in America. Those of us that like free speech also dislike Gestapo-like ideas involving censuring anyone that big brother does not like.

So, the forces that exist in Internet Land dealt a fatal blow to censuring writers and limiting what we, the people decide we want to read.

Thanks to all that cared enough about their free speech and dislike of censureship yesterday. We won that battle, but we all know big brother will come up with yet again, another zany scheme.

We must always remain vigilant and do whatever is necessary to protect our nation from foreign and domestic enemies-even when that domestic enemy is called the government of the United States.

God blessed our nation-God gave we the people certain inalienable rights. Including free speech. Many of us merely wish those who allegedly represent us, we would return to following the United States Constitution as written.

The United States Constitution was a good thing when it was written and throughout our nation's history, provided we can get the federal government and our elected officials to read and remember those words.

My take on the race for Florida's US Senator

Tough call on the Senate race in Florida. Who is going to cause the least damage to our nation?

A liberal free spending, pro-democratic incumbent, or even worse, an incumbent congressman (silver-spooned worthless incumbent) that cannot make up his mind which election he wants to run in.

I suggest the voters pick neither of these two. These two together have caused our nation to have to deal with the worst economic collapse most of us have ever endured.

Why would a rational person vote for either? Hopefully, vote for anyone else. If no else runs against both of these two yahoos, I prefer the incumbent liberal to a rookie Senator, the Californian, Connie Mack.

First campaign pledges and promises if elected to the US Congress-14th District FL

Most of us including myself do not trust yahoo politicans including candidates like myself for US Congress. The lack of trust, I get. I do not trust politicians either. So, as a stateman running for US Congress for the 14th District of Florida as a non-traditional non-lemming-like, unaffiliated candidate, including being as honest as humanly possible here is what I can promise I can do upon being duly elected to represent you. Basically, not much of anything.

Pledges and promises as stated below:

1. I will do my very best to vote no as often as possible when in comes to spending your federal dollars on any project having no relation to the operation of the federal government. In simple terms, no. We as a nation are broke.

2. Significant legislation I would introduce as a newly elected congressman:

a) The Federal Government and Corporate Accountability Act, making it a felony for any federal agency or any large corporation in America to refuse to be accountable to you, the person that is funding these entities. See my prior blog post on this bill I would try to introduce upon duly being elected. Doubt if any of the other bought congressmen will sponsor or sign on to the legislation, but maybe a few of the tea party congressman elects might.

3. Self-imposed term limit of two years or less. Heck, I don't even want this job considering the state of our nation. Staying in Washington DC for two years is bad enough. I like the weather and fishing in Florida better than fishing in the typically cold and polluted Potomac River any day.

4. I promise not to spend most of my time in California like the incumbent, senator wanna-be.

5. I promise to assemble the best staff I can, using the best technology I can afford to be the best congressman the 14th Congressional district of Florida has needed for far too long.

6. I will try to get on the technology committee using my expertise in computers and automation hoping but probably failing due to bureaucracy and corporate powers to save the federal taxpayers billions of dollars.

7. I promise both my staff and myself will bitch a lot to worthless bureaucratic federal agencies that have failed us as a nation so much, I expect to be banned from direct contact with many of them.

8. If Obama is re-elected as President, I would join in with many people in asking Eric Holder Jr. resign at the United States Attorney General. Ditto for elitist Kathleen Sebelius as Secretary of HHS, one of my nemesesis from my Kansas past as being allowed to continue Obamacare, as we know it.

9. Just because you are a citizen of the 14th District, and maybe you vote some of the time, does not mean I am going to patronize you for your vote. I am a fighter-not an ass-kisser. I am going to do my very best to return our nation the best I can to complying and respecting the United States Constitution. You want someone that is going to pander to you, vote for someone else. If you want someone that is a statesman, and does what is best for our nation including Florida, you will not find a more qualified candidate than Scherer in the 14th Congressional race.

10. I am pro-life and pro-family. So at least Christians and Catholics will vote for me, like they did in Kansas. The heathen voters in Kansas regretfully chose the pro-choice, for unlawful immigration, abortion loving candidate in the 2010 primary election.

So sadly, I came in second place. But hey, the campaign was a success in Kansas due to some of my efforts. Kansans' finally got rid of a worthless incumbent congressman. Just like this campaign has done here in FL-aided in getting rid of Californian incumbent, the honorable silver spoon,wife cheater, Congressman Connie Mack. If this yahoo is somehow elected, I will be all over this dude like flies flock to a pile of crap.

That is enough promises for today. I can see this is going to be a huge list, considering the state we find our nation in.

I hear you. We as a nation must stop those in power that want to censure and limit free speech on the internet. Their argument by these free speech haters is a fallacy based on alleged protection of copyrighted material.

This is a fundamental issue-your freedom of speech and right to it is being attacked and therefore is at risk. The federal government wants to create a police-state and limit you and your family to choose for yourselves, what you are allowed to read, or not read.

Do something, before it is too late. By analogy, think about Germany and the Nazis. The German people were indifferent to what happened. Think about S. Africa and apartheid. The people were apathetic. And see how that turned out historically. Do not allow government controlled censureship to happen in America. Remember that thing we call the United States Constitution.

If you get fooled on this one . . . well, reflect on history. I am pretty certain we do not want a police-state in America that has a federal government trying to limit our constitutional rights to choose again and again, free speech as a fundamental right-a fundamental right to read and also to write whatever one chooses to, using the internet for publication, or for research and information. Most Americans like free speech. The rich and powerful hate it. They know want to control information. Highly suggested, avoid and fight big brother. Read 1984 and other selected writings, before Congress ensures you can no longer read or write what you choose.

Do you want to do a search on the internet and see a message stating, web page not found. I do not. I like freedom of speech and the very idea the United States Congress is even considering wanting to limit our rights to free speech scares the hell out of me.

MLK Day-My Annual Civil Rights Post

As a civil rights activist, I try to post my annual piece on my goal to unite our nation. So here goes. 2011 was a very hectic year for me. Many good things happened so I must reflect carefully and give proper perspective retro.

The most important event in 2011 was my relation with the international Olympian celebrity, Queen Kyomo, a fine person that has traveled all over the world. Her global perspective continues to help aid my own rather limited perspective on civil rights, to now incorporate what she knows the best I can, civil rights perspective, clear to the international level. Queen is teaching me what she has learned.

In regard to the United States, Queen finds America to be a strange place. In her our native country of Tanzania, and in her travels throughout Europe, Queen states in terms of civil rights, the United States has some very fundamental problems.

Sadly, I concur. Queen likes to remind me that in many parts of the world, racism and discrimination are not as prevalent as they are here domestically as in the United States.

Another topic Queen and I discuss is how far off the United States has gotten in terms of being far removed in terms of marital relations. In many of the countries she has traveled to, the concepts of traditional marriage has not changed, like it has here in the United States. Queen sees this as a big challenge to our relation.

She considers my views as an American are not traditional and in accordance with the history of humanity. Why she tolerates me, only God knows.

In many countries in the world, the Biblical take on marriage is intact. Not so, here in the United States with our astronomical divorce rate now being in excess of 60%. Which to me is a sad thing. Many in our nation are rejecting the concepts of centuries of reliance on the traditional terms of marriage.

In turn, here in America, we have a economic cycle that shows patterns of prosperity in turn which leads to an uptick in divorce rates as Americans no longer need to rely on a traditional form of marriage in their own self-reliance and lack of need for a life partner. Only to return to tradition when the economic cycle gets pitiful, like we are facing now.

To get quickly to the point, the loss of a traditional family concept is not a good thing from a civil rights perspective. Globally, or domestic. The concept of marriage being between a man and a woman remains a very fundamental building block of our nation.

May I kindly suggest that we as a civilized nation wanting to remain in that status, and may want to consider restoring and advocating for a return once again to a traditional family structure. Not so much on moral grounds, but rather on terms of civil rights.

Moving on, Queen finds this division in our nation to also be problematic. As a nation, we continue insanely to divide ourselves based on skin color, religion, political affiliation, economic status, sexual preference and many other divisons seperating us as one people; instead of being one people, united in purpose. Huge probems are facing our nation.

It is very hard to be positive and not cynical about our current national situation. We are in huge mess as a nation economically. Our national government is broke, having wasted so much of our federal tax dollars on programs that have clearly failed.

I kindly suggest and advocate that as a nation, we better unite and reach a consensus of what we believe is most important in our nation.

Is there a fundamental document to guide us-Absolutely. The United States Constitution=we the people in order to form a more perfect union . . . gives all of us a theme to unite behind. Notice, we the people-that does not the national government, the wealthy, or huge corporations.

We, the people need to stop this insane classification and division of ourselves; as we as a divided nation have to endure and witness the attempts by the rich and powerful to engage in the genocide of the middle class. We are very much in class warfare. We are in deep trouble in America economically and morally. May God help and bless us as a nation.

In my own efforts, I continue to do as much as possible, but sadly, even with Queen I have my own weaknesses as a human being. I am continuing to campaign for United States Congress, have court cases docketed, or attempting to docket.

This includes a pending application to the United States Supreme Court, two cases in the Florida Supreme Court, one in the Kansas Supreme Court, and many other cases and administrative issues, both federal and at the state level.

My health remains problematic. I am on the short stick of what most of us call life. My health continues to degrade and I hope Queen and I can work together to advance civil rights, no longer limited to merely the United States.

Peace. May we unite globally. The one thing that unites us globally from a civil rights perspective is the one thing we all have in common-our humanity. Hopefully, we a nation can return to being more civil and stop our insane aspirations to be the global police force infringing on many nations own rights to manage their own affairs-just as our founding fathers suggested.

We need to stop the insanity of our war industry. We need to stop bombing other nations and focus internally on what we need to do, instead of what these other nations need to do; while concurrently we ignore what we need to do domestically in some kind of zany and insane concept of power globally.

Peace. In closing, we have one thing that unites us globally-our humanity. I will do my best in 2012 to advocate for that. So help me God.

Californian Connie Mack can't make his mind up about retiring from being a career politician. When it comes to the failures of Mack, sometimes, I like to call him using his real name, Cornelius McGillicuddy IV.

McDaddy cannot explain many things including factually how he cheated on his wife, why he is too embarressed to use his real name, or how he introduced 12 bills, none of which were passed. You know-simple things called facts. I can explain Connie Mack's failures to the people of this country including Florida and the 14th Congressional district. Here is one definition of a "technical failure" like Mackdaddy spending most of his time in California:

Failure in general refers to the state or condition of not meeting a desirable or intended objective. It may be viewed as the opposite of success.

Mack or McGillicuddy is a huge "technical failure". Mack abandoned the ship a long time ago-a cruise liner called the state of Florida. Just like the captain reports after he abandoned his duties to his passengers on that collapsed Italian cruise liner.

The Italian captain and Connie Mack are just alike. Both abandoned their responsibilities to their "passengers"-a clear dereliction of their official duties owned. Just like Connie Mack abandoned the 14th Congressional district of Florida.

Heck, the Italian ship captain reports, "got this huge rock stuck in the side of my ship causing the ship to turn over with all these passengers I left behind. But hey, it is not my fault-this is merely a technical failure?

Excuse me-this captain just like Mackgillicudy wanting to be a Florida senator, tells us things like this, then on this earth things are getting to be a tad bit crazy. When you live in CA most of the time, what would Connie Mack call that? Ah, that is merely a technical failure.

Get Mack off the government payroll. He has failed the people of Florida in the 14th, as well the voters of this nation. If we send a career politician that has failed so miserably to take care of his nation, his former state, or his alleged congressional district, then if the voters send a yahoo like him to the United States Senate, aptly, that would be called an insane technical failure.

Who deserves the title for being the worst governor in America. The current opinion is the worst governer in America is MS outgoing governor, Haley Barbour. With due lack of respect, I disagree. I think the worst governor other than Mitt Romney might be the Governor of Kansas, nutjob Sam Brownback, religious zealot and former candidate for President of the United States. I refer to Brownback as Brokeback for good reason-I know this yahoo politician.

WWJV4?-Official Campaign Slogan: Scherer for Congress

Howdy. I have been testing my 2012 campaign slogan with people here in SW FL. So far the response has been favorable, praise Jesus. So, our campaign slogan is short and concise-WWJV4? Say what? What kind of slogan is that?

Who would Jesus vote for in Florida's 14th congressional district race? Or any other federal election.

We think the answer to that question is obvious for several reasons. One, Scherer is not a Muslim, or heathen. He regularly attends services at an international church here in Fort Myers, FL. Second, when it comes to making political decision or casting votes on legislation, Scherer has an analytical framework simply asking how would Jesus vote if he was a United States Congressman.

Our nation including our founding fathers and Scherer believe our nation was founded based on Judeo-Christian philosophies including the golden rule-do one's best to treat others as you want to be treated.

I admit I have not mastered this fundamental philosophy, yet. Nor, have I attained enlightenment. I am human just like the rest of you and sometimes have to ask for forgiveness. I am doing my very best to follow the wisdom and guidance of Jesus. I believe love remains the key to our happiness; just like Jesus stated long ago as the most fundamental element of our own passions

For the last 17 years, I have been fighting and clawing for our nation in many forums usually as a writer trying to get our nation;to return to the fundamental concepts as laid out with long and lenghty deliberation, as laid before our us by our founding fathers. Most of our foundings fathers including George Washington were very religious in their private and public affairs.

Today, far too many of our congressional and senate leaders are more akin to Satan than they are to Judeo-Christian beliefs. We continue to see a fundamental loss in our nation of our heritage, our lack of national morality, high rates of divorce, homosexuality and destruction of the nuclear family we once knew. Not to mention the destruction caused by global outsourcing of jobs to the lowest paying countries in the world. No wonder our nation is headed down the path of self-destruction.

As a nation, we are too war-like infringing on the sovereign rights of many nations concurrently. Our nation has wasted our federal tax dollars fighting too many wars concurrently; while ignoring our own nation including a narrow and purposeful worthy focus on own building and improving our own infrastructure, for far too long in some zealous insanity of global power.

Many in our nation are cynical, apathetic and in despair as we see our national elected officials refuse to acknowledge by their actions, any strong belief in a higher power-much less adherring to our United States Constitution as written. The will of the American people is ignored by elected in Washington, for far too long resulting in our current pathetic national state of affairs.

We are going in the wrong direction in this nation and if we do not return from being an amoral nation, surely then our nation shall not prosper, nor endure. Merely look to past civilizations and to their self-destruction in thne past to get to the root cause of the failure of their nations.

Take the Roman empire for example. The Romans got lazy, relied on immigrant labor and then to top it off, crucified Jesus and look what happened to their empire. Or alternatively, look at the problems facing European nations as they collapse due to their dependency on a central government and undue reliance for the national goverment to provide whatever that nation can afford-socialism. Or finally, reflect on what happened to the USSR in more recent times.

If you have any doubts, ask Jesus. While you are praying, ask Jesus who he would vote for in Florida's 14th congressional district race. We are pretty certain for many reasons Jesus would vote for Thomas E. Scherer to be your next congressman. Ask him. I did.

Jesus wants me to be your congressman; although I am not so certain I even want the job. But if you are like me, I am not going to ignore the destiny laid before me, by Jesus. And if you ignore Jesus, stand by for eternal damnation.

Scherer is a filed congressional candidate with what party?

If one gets to the Federal Election website, one will see I am listed as "other" for party affiliation. Or even worse, if one calls the Federal Election Commission like I have to do, their software does not allow a congressional candidate to file for United States Congress as unaffiliated.

Scherer is not a party lemming like some of these other candidates. For good reason. Bipartisianship and the horrible mess our nation is in with the two major parties not taking care of our nation; or of you and your beloved families.

Instead, we have both parties depending on whom is President of the United States, the other party engaging in obstructing the other party. Many of our federal agencies are merely places of employment in bureaucracy at a very steep cost to the taxpayer providing no real benefit to the citizens of our nation. The state of our nation including our two-party system leaves us with dismal, but costly federal agencies that in turn is a major embarressment to all of us here in America; and to our allies abroad.

This is the horrible reality we face as a nation. Politicians playing party politics and having a callous disregard for what is best for our nation, the will of the people, our national interest and no concern for you, as the voter, elector and non-voter-other than re-electiong these political yahoos over and over again. Party affiliaton and having a divided nation will only have one predictable result-a failed nation.

The super-rich including corporate America keep buying politicans whose self-interest is power over the national agenda that includes a greedy desire to take your property away from you in the elimination of the middle class. Class warfare.

Electors are connned repeatedly into voting for lying politicans who do things contrary to the demands of the voters. As far as I am concerned as the "other" candidate, we the people of the United States of America in order to form a more perfect union, need to unite and do what is best for our nation and tell the two warring political parties, the DEMS and the GOP, that we as electors and their employers are are not going to take their crap anymore.

Name an incumbent in the Senate or the House of Representatives that deserves to be re-elected? Maybe we should just fire them all and start over. We want our elected officials to return to being statesmen and stop being party lemmings in a horrible two- party system we all have to endure in this nation. As far as I concerned, my job is to return to a very fundamental concept as espoused by our United States Constitution-to me, that is my job.

Finally, the reason I am not listed as an Independent is because that is another political entity called the Independent Party. As a stateman, I will vote as an independent, absent any such lemming-like party affiliation. So, per the FEC, my only option was to run for US Congress as "other". I can live with that.

Voters in SW FL really deserve and need to know who is actually filed and running to be their United States Congress in the 14th Congressional District. But first, sadly why don't the local biased media including the Naples News and the Fort Myers newspapers tell us honestly?

The local media outlets here in SW Florida only want you to know about super-rich GOP candidates so a wise person will note there is never any candidates mentioned in their rag-tag papers. The media does not want you to know who has actually and who has not. Horrible. Edward Morrow is turning in his grave as I write this.

So naturally Mitt Romney, the vulture capitalist is one of your own. And those included above, giggled with glee when Mitt states he likes to fire people, just like you do.

One problem-the non-elite. These poor folk have to be conned into thinking a super-rich person like Mitt Romney should be your President. Continue massive campaign to paint tea party patriots as racists and crazy people. Remind people Ron Paul is a Tea Party Candidate and is a racist, crazy and un-electable.

Bummer. Vulture Capitalist win in both Iowa and NH ensure one thing-Lacking leader Obama will win the 2012 election not because of his failed leadership, but because there is no GOP candidate that can solidify the GOP party. So, it appears the GOP might as well start focusing on 2016 because with Romney, the only person in America that is happy is Obama.

Obama will rip Romney apart. Wait and see. Obama will merely fool all of us with his charisma while Romney will only appeal to the super-rich and make the rest of us detest him. The 2012 presidential race is over.

What should the GOP learn from this? Too many GOP candidates ensure no solidarity. I would expect in 2016 the GOP does not repeat the debacle of the 2012 Presidential process of having so many candidates that attack each other.

Newt had it right from the git-go about staying focused on winning the election by keeping narrowly focused on the failed Obama administration including the horrible state of the federal agencies he is in charge of. Take Eric Holder, alleged US Attorney General, for example. Or one of my most disliked people, elitest Kathleen Sebelius, former rotten GOV of Kansas-now head Obama cheerleader running ObamaCare.

What have either Holder or Sebelius done lately for our nation. What has any federal agency under Obama done for our nation? Can't think of anything from Obama's federal agencies? Me either. And now that Newt has flipped and shown all of us his nasty side and gone negative, he has caused his own self-destruction.

Romney will continue to be hammered by Ron Paul. The reality with Ron Paul is more related to his age at 76. Paul will gain steam as the primary continues. But Paul's chances are about as good as Romney's-zero probability of winning the Presidential election. The socialst Comedy News Network, CNN will continue to split the GOP so their beloved socialist leader Obama steams ahead of the GOP candidate in the November 2012 election. Or alternatively, Why the King is angry so often

         The king of the jungle is an angry and ferocious lion wherever he roams in the savannahs of the Serengeti. He is the king over all the other animals that dwell there.

         The king spews his anger and takes the prey taken by other lions; instead of catching his own prey because he is so ferocious and none of the younger lions want to suffer the wrath and endure the anger of the king of the jungle.

         After taking prey from another, the king of the jungle returns to his favorite lioness, known as the queen of the jungle. The king humbles himself before her in hopes of gaining favor from the gifts the king has presented to her. If the gift pleases the queen, she offers pleasures to her king.

         After the queen has pleasured the king, she again snubs and scorns him forcing the king to once again return to the jungle. And this cycle is known as the natural law of the jungle. The king rules the jungle; while the queen rules the king.

         So if you want to know why I am so grouchy around you, ask the Queen-because in my world she rules the universe. And she is not real happy with me today. So, I am ferocious.

       There is a simple moral to this short story. To get love, give love. A wise king knows it is his job to make the queen happy, every day by loving his queen. Restated, if the queen is happy, the king will be happy.

      Conversely . . . well that is pretty obvious. Grrrr.

Medicaid as you know is dying

Medicaid as we knew it is slowing dying. Bummer.

I just received this morning the GOV of MO budget report for the upcoming fiscal year. Missouri is facing a budget problem of 1/2 billion shortfall. Much of it is due to not receiving our federal tax dollars from President Obama's give away of your federal tax dollars. That pork is over and wasted federal dollars-your federal tax dollars which could have been better spent on our national infrastructure. Too late. More federal dollars-your money flushed down the proverbial toilet.

Which is a shame so many dollars were wasted because the several states did not want to do the following:

a) Raise state taxes
b) Lay off state employees
c) Cut back on stupid and wasteful state programs
d) Lived and acted in denial of what is happening nationally, at the state and local level.

In summary, we are a brokeass nation. Everyone knows it. Here in the United States and across the world. Problem is no one wants to pay to fix it. Medicaid by analogy is like an old car-too expensive to keep pouring money into it. So, we need to take Medicaid to the junkyard. And sell it for scrap.

So, what is a person to do? If you are the GOV of MO, you are in big trouble. Ditto for my native Kansas and I would expect the same in Florida and all the other states in this nation of ours. Health care as we know it, is dying.

The only way these severals can avoid massive cutbacks including laying off state workers like they should have done in 2009, now comes to bear. After wasting all our federal tax dollars causing a massive and skyrocketing national deficit that will take decades to pay for. I would expect when these layoffs start occurring, then the economic situation gets even worse than it is today. Unemployment at 10% by 2014 will sound like a great goal.

I would not be surprised if the national employment rate by the end of 2013 to be in double digits. The second round of foreclosures is coming due. Obama is starting to look a lot like when Hoover was President and everything Hoover did, or did not do, merely made the national worse. So, where is FDR going to come from now? Mitt Romney, you have to be kidding.

At this point, it looks like the choice for President come November 2012 will leave us stuck with Obama some more. Which based on his performance to date, is not a good thing. Maybe if we are lucky, Ron Paul will be picked as the GOP candidate. Let us hope so.

So much for hope and all we are left with is a bunch of pocket change and no prospects going forward of any kind of national health insurance. But do not fret. The death of Medicaid will also have positive benefits as long as you are not sick or dying. Without national health insurance, the effect will be rapid downward spiral in health care costs including prescriptions and in health insurance premiums. Only the rich will be able to afford quality health care for quite a few years going forward.

The collapse of our national health delivery system will make the failures of the banking and auto industry look like chump change. So, to get prepared for the slow and eventual demise of Medicaid as we know it, say a prayer. Because certainly few of us will be able to afford health care. Pray you have good health.

Because as a nation, we cannot afford to pay much longer for everyone's health care in this nation. National health insurance died last year.

Application has been filed with the United States Supreme Court

I am amazed at how horrible the judicial system is here in the state of Florida. I am not even certain if the judicial branch of Florida clear to the Florida Supreme Court is competent to state this judicial system are courts of law.

Hence, as promised, an application has been sent to the United States Supreme Court as this statesman wants to ask the Supreme Court of the United what is the deal with the Florida judicial system? I have never witnessed such a ridiculous and silly judicial system anywhere in America as bad, rotten and corrupt as the court system in this state.

The Blah-Blah Politican and other words defined

My finance and I have adopted a word called blah-blah. In America, we call blah-blah politicians as being rhetorical; or alternatively, full of rhetoric (bs). Talk, but no action-unlike Scherer.

Scherer takes so much action to earn your vote. Soon, Scherer will be docketed a case as suggested by Rachel Maddox with the ACLU National HQ in NYC to take on the horrible and unconstitutional "rocket docket" right here in Lee County, FL, in the 20th Judicial Circuit.

Further, more than merely the 20th Judicial Court, aka "rocket docket", Scherer is taking 21 court cases in Kansas and Florida, clear to the Supreme Court of the United States. Scherer most certainly is not a blah-blah person.

As contrasted to some money-grubbing, lying scaliwag attorney that is more akin to the scum of the earth. Like Todd Allen. Or as we refer to people like Allen, shark bait. Except sharks are not particularly fond of scum, either.

This will be my ninth attempted or actual docketed case before SCOTUS. SCOTUS likes me because I fight for people's constitutional rights.

Now typcial at SCOTUS, 10,000 cases are submitted. So the odds seem pretty hard to get judicial review of an important case by the Supreme Court. However, to To date, I have docketed 3 out of 8, and prevailed on my first case (1999), the second was dismissed (2003); and the 3rd was against the United States and Merck, the evil drug company. The third docketed case was giving judicial review on September 24, 2007.

Another scumbag lawyer failed to pay 100 dollar filing fee and submit a one-page application and I would have been sitting before all the Supreme Court justices. On October 1, 2007, SCOTUS dimissed 2 out of 26 cases. Mine was one of them.

The issue before SCOTUS in the 2007 petition was distilled down to how the United States infringed on the sovereignity of the state of Kansas. This docketed case is the same thing--how federal officials including judges and a standing trustee named Jon Waage (who sucks) are infringing on the sovereignity of the state of FL.

This docketing with SCOTUS will include two cases at the Florida Supreme Court on several violations of due process and equal access to the court system; and one case before the Kansas Supreme Court (real estate taxes on behalf of all homeowners in Kansas).

Scherer is also going after several other blah-blah people like the Govenor of Florida, the Florida Attorney General, the Florida UnHuman Rights Commission and other state officials that are blah-blah.

At the federal level, Scherer is going after the US Department of Justice which sucks, the IRS which sucks, and several other federal officials that like the federal agencies, also suck. We have in this nation too many federal agencies that suck. So, I tend to agree with Ron Paul, candidate for President.

So clearly, I am doing my job fighting for your United States, Florida and Kansas Constitutions; and all laws derived thereof.

Finally, I have some good news and some bad news. Good news is that I am engaged to marry Olympian Nzaeli "Queen" Kyomo May 19th, 2011 here at our local church in Fort Myers. Second, Queen is going to be responsible for reaching out on empowering women, both here domestically and internationally.

Then, around January 21, I am tenatively scheduled to go to Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya. Part of that effort will be my best efforts to brings jobs and economic prosperity to the United States when I get the opportunity to meet with the President and his first lady, Kilwete in Tanzania. I am going to Uganda to meet with international religious leaders conference. Then, meet with the US Ambassador in Naorabi, Kenya. So, I am kind of busy here in the first part of 2012.

One of my first bills that I would introduce as a congressman

In our nation, we are lacking transparency and accountability from our own federal government and many corporations in America. Therefore, with honor and privlidge, one of the first bills to bring jobs back to America, that I would author and introduce to the United States Congress is titled the following:

Government, Corporate and Business Accountability Act of 2013.

It is the stated purpose of this legislation that to return jobs to America, we should reward those entities that promote and have jobs including call centers located here in America, instead of contracting their call center operations to the cheapest source of labor, anywhere in the world. Further, this act promotes and protects our private and confidential data that in the hands of the wrong nation could threaten and place our national security at risk.

1. This would make our own federal government return to publishing in their agency organizational charts, telephone contact information clear to the Secretary level. It is never good for a nation when our nation's federal agencies refuse to publish and make available the people that run the various federal agencies. Why would our own federal government hide from us, the taxpayers, their contact data?

2. Require all government, corporate and businesses (excluding small businesses) from clearing identifying the name of their company, their location, US or foreign, disclose whether they are a 3rd party call center and clearly identify themselves and the person they report to with full disclosure, upon request by the caller.

There are far too many governments and corporations in America that want to hide from us, the taxpayers and the customers who is the top level official accountable for their respective purpose.

3. Prevent non-domestic foreign countries from contracting for telephone services for all corporations and businesses doing business in America. We as nation are losing many jobs to foreign call centers. Further, this practice of hiring companies outside of America to handle certain transactions outside the United States not only takes jobs out of America, with all that data, it represents the potential for harm to our national security interest.

4. Prevent marketing companies, alleging to be calling on behalf of a non-profit entity to not circumvent the federal and state do not call lists.

5. To save lives, all governments, federal, state, county and local must implement a telephone system that incorporates voice response unit on, or before January 1, 2014. This will bring many entities into full compliance with the intent of, and by the mandate of the United States Congress to make telephone systems compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Title 42, United States Code, Sec. 12101.

6. Require auto manufacturers to only produce automobiles with a voice response telephone system in new auto production to help save Americans from harm and injury caused by those individuals whom use cell phones while driving that subsequently causes accidents. This section alone will result in saving American life-one of my jobs as a candidate for United States Congress.

7. Any government, corporation or large business in excess of 30 employees that employs and contracts telephone services outside of the United States of America must pay a federal tax to the International Revenue Service each quarter based on total revenues reported by that entity until such time as that entity continues to contract services outside of the United States, while concurrently conducting business operations in our nation.

8. Any government, corporation or large business in excess of 30 employees must have a person available to be contacted thereby ending those entities that rely on technology and equipment to hide from a United States citizen, the ability for a taxpayer or a customer of said entity force us to be unable to communicate with a human being of said entity.

9. All governments including their departments and agencies, as well as all corporations and large businesses in excess of 30 employees, must publish on the internet their organization chart for their officers and managers including the top layer naming the specific individual with that person's contact information for the sole purpose of transparency and accountability on or before January 1, 2014. Any entity that fails to do so, is prohibited by this act from engaging in interstate commerce here in the United States of America.

Our purpose in introducing and enacting this legislation is to ensure jobs in America stay here, or jobs that have been contracted to foreign nation's stop doing so, on behalf of the people of the United States of America.

WWJD-Who would Jesus vote for in the 14th District Congressional race here in SW Florida? Naturally, we think Jesus would vote for Mr. Thomas E. Scherer. For good reason. Here in the United States of America, we have had to witness a divided Congress, based on party affiliation.

Mr. Scherer, like most of the rest of America is getting tired with the current state of our federal government and is tired of the same old thing from both the GOP and the Democrats. Currently in America politics, both major parties are at the outer and extreme edges of reality-so far out, most Americans feel like they are now living in the Twilight Zone.

Mr. Scherer, like most Americans would prefer going to OZ or even better heaven, instead of staying stuck in the Twilight Zone. Therefore, effective today, Scherer is filing with the Federal Election Commission as an unaffiliated candidate. Scherer has courage and is fighting and doing things right now to earn the votes of Floridians.

Scherer as the best candidate has been listening to the residents of Florida. Scherer has heard horrible stories about the Florida Judicial system and how along with the greedy bankers, have been effectively denying Floridians their rights concerning their own homes. Scherer intends to do something about this. An attorney in NYC suggested Scherer as your best candidate address this issue for all Floridians.

Scherer intends to do so by asking the United States Supreme Court to review and question why the Florida Judicial System from the Florida Supreme Court clear down to the local municipal level is inadequately funded and unable to afford due process and procedural due process of law as guaranteed by the United States Constitution.

To which as a condition of statehood, Floridians stated a long time ago, they too want the benefits, rights and privileges as promised by our United States Constitution.

Another way Scherer intends to earn your vote is by traveling to several countries in Africa starting in January. This includes doing some missionary work in Uganda, meeting with the US Ambassador in Kenya, and talking with the top political leaders of Tanzania, Africa about setting up an international and bilateral trade agreement between several of the states here in America including Florida; and the country of Tanzania, Africa.

Moreover, Scherer, a native born American (originally from Kansas) and now a resident of Florida still has a case pending at the Kansas Supreme Court for all homeowners in Kansas: that are being deprived of their rights related to real estate tax appeals in the state of Kansas.

So clearly, Scherer has been fighting for the rights of many for many years. (Since 1994).
He continues to fight for all of our respective rights based on the United States Constitution, including all amendments such as the Bill of Rights. Scherer believes his purpose is to serve a cause greater than himself. Further, Scherer refuses to be a cynic or engage in apathy.

Now back to what would Jesus do? (WWJD). Why would Jesus vote for Scherer, a fighter of our collective and God-given constitutional rights? For starters, quoting from the Bible, James Chapter 1, Verse 8. "A double minded man is unstable in all his ways."

We have too many politicians in Washington that refuse to take a position on many issues that might cause some voter alienation because they are political cowards, more focused on not doing much of anything causing political gridlock. Why do they refuse to reach compromises? And even better, how we solve political gridlock that keeps our nation divided and in the worst economic situation just like the Great Depression?

For example, try to ask and get any congressional candidate, current congressman, or current Senator of the United States here in Florida to take a position before the 2012 election on wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, Closing GITMO, abortion or unlawful/lawful immigration.

If these politicians refuse to take a position on an important issue to you as a voter prior to the election, or based on their past record, why on God's earth would you vote for an unstable double-minded politician like that?

Mr. Scherer will state his position on these issues because as a candidate, Scherer has been listening to what voters of this nation want, including many of those in Florida. Scherer refuses to be a double minded, and unstable politician talking out of both sides of the mouth on any controversial political issue. Why?

Scherer is not a politician-he is a statesman. Scherer will and does support what is best for our nation, regardless of party affiliation. Scherer will do what the voters want him to do which is to unite our nation and get rid of all of these horrible unstable politicians we have in Washington D.C. that keep our nation divided and at the polar political extreme.

Democrats want socialism. And the GOP wants money for the rich including making you pay for their greed. Scherer wants neither. Hence, why we are pretty certain Jesus and many other Floridians will or would vote for Scherer to be their next better United States Congressman, come November, 2012.

Mack the Knife Quits Running for US Congress (FL-14th)

What can I say about the good news I just heard this morning. One of our campaign objectives was to ensure Mack was not re-elected to once again be your 14th District Congressman. Now on to the next goal for the people of this nation, the citizens of Florida and those in the 14th Congressional District to get a better congressman than Mack, the Knife.

We suggest Mr. Mack should file for the US Senate in California since he spends most of his time there helping their state out. Maybe Mack should have done something for we, the people. Instead of having been a participant in the fiscal mess we are now enduring. I cannot, nor would recommend the voters elect Mack to anything but retirement. This person has done enough damage to our nation. Why would anyone that understands and pays attention to politics want this guy elected to the United States Senate. You have to be kidding, right?

Good Luck Finding Federal Agency Contact Data

The phone numbers for the federal agencies were required to be published on federal agency web sites by President Bush. After President Obama became President, he promoted on his Presidential web site, his presidency would be the most transparent of any President ever. This is another lie told to us by President Obama. He promised to us a lot of things-GITMO would be closed in his first year. Still has not happened.

For example, the phone number for the VA Central Office at 810 Vermont, NW used to be (202) 273-4800. Now what the federal agencies did was change the area code for all the top federal agency officials. It is no longer 202. I called the White House Switchboard at (202) 456-1414. The White House does not want you to get the correct area code for federal agencies and refused to give a good phone number for the Central Office of the Veterans Administration Secretary.

So if hiding federal agency phone numbers is making President Obama the most transparent President in the history of our nation as he proclaimed, I really understand why people all over America are protesting. When the federal government agencies starting hiding from us, the citizens of this country, we need to do what is stated in the Declaration of Independence and replace any branch of the federal government that fails, we the people.

The Declaration of Independence states it is our right as Herman Cain, Candidate for President recently stated on TV this week.

The incumbent likes to talk a lot. The incumbent also likes to spend a lot of time in California.

In regard to what I like to do, I like to fight for constitutional rights for individuals that reside in this congressional district. I have heard a lot of stories related to individuals here in Florida being deprived their constitutional rights to due process and due process of law; such as banks stealing people's homes..

Due process of law does not seem to followed here in Florida's judicial branch. So, I called SCOTUS docketing supervisor, Jeff Atkins and informed him of what was happening in Florida's judicial system related to a lack of due process and due process of law.

Now, I am tired taking court cases all the way to SCOTUS. But, if I do not fight for your rights, why would I ask you to vote for me?

I moved to Florida to go fishing and enjoy the weather. After getting here, and having to endure the Florida judicial system, I feel addressing the rights of Floridians to procedural due process of law a cause worth fighting for--more important than fishing or going to Florida tourist attractions.

Floridians deserve a far better judicial system here in Florida.

To date, this is one of the worst judicial systems I have ever endured in any state to date. When I talk with others, including attorneys and judges about the lack of due process here in Florida, they stated to me, "welcome to Florida". Basically, they are stating constitutional protections in this state mean very little.I do not know about you, but my constitutional rights in Florida, Kansas, or any other state mean a lot. To all of us.

So, as a candidate for your congressman, it is time to earn your vote by filing soon, another case before the United States Supreme Court trying to ensure this state's judicial branch of the government of Florida stops stealing people's homes for too big to fail banks and returning to compliance with promises made as a condition of statehood long ago.

Greasing the fat pig that feeds you back, with pork and special interest legislation. It is always interesting to see which special interest groups like to grease the pig by revealing their PAC contributions to the incumbent. Which tends to explain why our national economy is in such a mess.

Here is the incumbent's bribes and contributions from special interest groups over the years. See this site for a list of all his cronies right here at this link: http://www.congress.org. For example, the American Banker's Association loves the incumbent. Wait until you see how much they have greased the Mackruption.

The greasing for the 2012 election cycle is still pretty light to today's date for the incumbent. Here are the totals below:

Furthermore, we are going to do an analysis of why these PACS gave the incumbent to date over a million dollars trying to find what legislation he sponsored. Based on this election cycle, the incumbent has introduced 12 sponsored bills-none of them have been approved by Congress. So, why do they keep trying to bribe this guy? He cannot seem to do much, even if you bribe him. And with today's Florida rate of unemployment being ranked 44th in the nation at 11.2%, why should we thank, much less re-elect this yahoo back to being your congressman?

Beats us. Finally, at some point, we are going to also look at the incumbent's record on earmarks also, since Mack claims to be, and and is categorized as a far right fiscal conservative. Is he?

Voters of Florida need to know before November, 2012. Today, his staff in Washington refused to give a residential address in the congressional district for the incumbent.

We did find however find out today that it appears he owns a condominium at Gulf Harbour located at 15301 McGregor Blvd. Fort Myers, FL, zip code of 33908. The unit is unknown to date. But, we will find it from Lee County Public Records. We don't really think he spends much time there, or in Florida at all. We think he likes all his real estate held elsewhere, especially Palm Springs, CA.

We can also tell that he owns other real estate of well. He owns some real estate in Colorado based on his financial disclosure report filed with the Clerk of the House of Representatives; also available from the Florida Secretary of State web site.

And we assume more than likely, he also owns with his second wife, some real property in Palm Springs, CA. Or, maybe she owns the real estate in California because she certainly has a lot money than the incumbent does, as shown by all her royality income and investments in CA in stocks and bonds. Good luck in getting the incumbent to give a full and transparent disclosure. However, there is always a paper trail.

Sooner or later, we will access those county records, just like you can do here in Lee County, FL. Instead of searching public records for Connie Mack IV, use his real name-Cornelius Harvey McGillicuddy. Keeping track of this trickster incumbent is pretty hard considering he does not like using his real legal name unless he has to, which is not very often.

The End of Progressive Socialism Era in the United Red States of America

United we stand, divided we fall.

In a few short years, the progressive socialist movement in the United States of America caused a historic collapse of one of the greatest nations to have ever existed on the planet earth. So fundamental, so basic, focused on the rights of the individual, with freedoms unlike any other nation before it. And it was so sad; to watch the last 100 years of progressive socialism destroy what was once the greatest nation known to date.

How did this once great nation become a victim to leaving behind, the intent of its founding fathers and move farther and farther along the path of progressive socialism after doing quite well for a couple of hundred years? What was cause of this nation’s collapse allowing this great nation to merely become a slave nation controlled by foreigners?

It all started during a great economic depression that hit the country in 1929. Shortly after the first President of the Country’s policies failed to end the great depression, the electorate voted for Franklin Delano Roosevelt who was elected. (FDR hereafter). FDR clearly believed the United States Constitution was a “progressive” document that was subject to changing times.

Further, FDR to deal with the Great Depression and high rate of unemployed started a massive federal takeover of paying individuals to work. The states lost and forfeited some of their most precious rights to keep the federal government limited to the narrow scope intended by the founding fathers.

One of FDR’s major changes other than job entitlements through the WPA was the creation of the Social Security Administration System-which continued to grow and grow, taking up more and more federal revenue sources. In the late 60’s, the SSA program continued to be expanded as more and more Americans became more reliant on their own selfish interests, as compared to merely relying on self, or the right of their state, county and local governments.

As time progressed, the various states, county and local governments also started relying on generous connections with the federal government’s progressive socialism and also demanded a fair share of federal tax revenues to run their varied governments. And the people were not held accountable directly, for this huge expansion of all levels of government spending. And due to this, progressive socialism administered by the federal government continued to grow unabated.

The state, county and local governments concurrently also benefited and grew in their own respective size including doing their own progressive socialism plans to which the people of each governing body merely hoped someone else, but not they would have to pay for all this progressive socialism.

During lean times since 1933, the federal government merely kept expanding the debt load of this once great nation. And politicians all across the nation merely kept opening their hands out expecting the national government to fund all kinds of projects. So, the politicians did and they kept getting re-elected, sometimes for decades conditions on how much their electorate benefited, while minimizing federal, state, county and local taxes.

During the early 21^st century, after over 8 decades of progressive and expanding federal progressive socialism, the federal government no longer had the economic viability due to all the mounting trillions of dollars of debt. So, slowly, there was a huge cutback in the early part of the 21^st century that trickled down to state, county and local governments. There was a massive deterioration of all those things to run the national economic engine.

If the federal government was not paying for public infrastructure of this great nation, the entire national economy slowly started collapsing. Jobs were scarce. People were losing both their jobs and their homes. Banks refused to loan but the most credit-worthy any financing.

By 2021, several of the states decided to withdraw from the federal government tentacles and form their own national government. Naturally, the national government opposed the formation of independent nation, within its own national borders. So, there was an internal war fought among the people of the several states-a massive revolution that further caused more debt to be incurred by the massive federal government.

After a lot of bloodshed, the revolution was put to an end by the declaration of marital law, capital executions, and imprisonment of many of the revolutionary leaders. However, the entire infrastructure of the nation was in such a sad state, foreign powers took advantage of the dire situation and took over the national government.

This ended the era of national progressive socialism and the way of life for all Americans including taking away their precious freedoms so many of their forefathers had given their lives for, and that many Americans had taken for granted so long.

Mack the Knife takes money from the sovereign nation of the Morogono Tribe

The Morongo Tribe is a sovereign nation and cannot lawfully be making individual political contributions to filed candidates for United States Congress. But, that does not stop the incumbent, Connie Mack from taking their political contribution.

Now, the Morongo Tribe probably know they are not supposed to be giving unlawful foreign sovereign contributions to an incumbent congressman's 2012 campaign. So, why does Connie Mack not aware of this.

Naturally federal campaign election laws allow a named individual, that is a resident of the United States to make a political contribution. And what did Mack do for this tribe? Makes one wonder.

Seems to me Connie Mack needs to return the contribution donation received from this Morongo Tribe and then somehow explain why Mack reports this tribal contribution from a foreign sovereign as an unnamed individual on his congressional report located at the Federal Election Commission web site.

Lessons from Kansas: Can we solve partisianship and political gridlock

Many Americans are very unhappy with both the President and both houses of Congress not doing much of anything, except blaming others for the difficult situation our nation's citizens have to continue to endure due to gridlock and partisanship politics.

While I lived in Kansas, we had a similar problem in the context of funding public education. The state politicians in Kansas did not want to lose elections so they refused to raise to taxes necessary to fund public education.

However, kind of hidden from the voting public, they did raise other taxes because all governments have this tendency to continue to feed the beast of government, at whatever level-local to national. And naturally, this is one of the major issues of the Tea Party Movement-dysfunctional governments that continue to want to expand just like an expanding galaxy or spiral.

So, some parents concerned about the lack of courage of the state politicians sued the school district. This gave a state district judge the authority to issue a court order to the Kansas legislature to properly fund what the cowardly politicians, only concerned about getting re-elected would not do-fund public education.

So maybe as a candidate for United States Congress, here in FL I too am looking for ways to effectively get our federal politicians including the President of the United States a method to break political gridlock and end political partisanship, in order to make citizens of the United States, happier-which is my role as a candidate for your United States Congress.

So in effect, applying lessons I learned from Kansas, someone or some entity needs to sue someone. Then, a member of the judiciary will have the power to end gridlock, judicially. So, I suggest either the President of the United States, or Congress sue the other to resolve all this political jockeying ruining our nation.

If these two branches of our federal government cannot reach a compromise, a civil approach is go to the judicial branch of government and sue someone. Nothing wrong with letting a judge decide what our politicians should be doing for our nation, including us, the citizens of the United States of America.

In the alternatively, when two parties cannot reach a compromised agreement, sometimes judges order parties to binding arbitration/mediation. Why not the President of the United States and our current Congress go to arbitration or mediation? Or alternatively, just sue each other and let a judge decide.

Why will they not do, what they want us citizens to do. Resolve disputes and move forward. Instead of staying stuck in political. gridlock causing the rest of us citizens of the United States to suffer.

There is always a solution to any given problem. And until we, the citizens of the United States demand a solution be found, this is what I am proffering.

450 billion disposable diapers are used every year worldwide

Every year on the planet earth, babies use each year around 450 billion disposable diapers causing 77 million tons of landfill material. Now, to me that is a load of crap. Just like the Obama Job Bill. Both stink and it is estimated it will take around 500 years for both of these two things to decompose.

I also did some research on how many people in the United States are considered unemployed as determined by the Bureau of Labor. Which first, I feel this need to explain how this data is derived and used by the federal government. Now the Bureau of Labor takes all the people in the several states unemployment claims and totals this. Their total is 14 million people are currently collecting unemployment benefits.

So when the federal government publishes their data and calculates the word "umemployed", this is where that data comes from. Naturally, a lot more people are unemployed and under-employed than that. Most sources I found estimate the number of unemployed out of a total labor force of 152 million Americans to be around 26 per cent. Now that is roughly around 40 million people in our nation.

Now, our federal government does not want to use that real number because it is too embarrassing. So instead, they use 9.1 per cent based on those collecting unemployment benefits based on Bureau of Labor statistics. Regardless, why not just give the 450 billion of your tax dollars to these 40 million people-If you agree with this theory, you most likely will vote for Obama in 2012.

Further, the US Census Department currently estimates our population to be around 312 million people and in the whole world, a rough estimate of the total population on the planet earth is 7 billion people. Or, as I like to call them, human beings.

So taking Obama's job bill plans, we the taxpayers could take that 450 billion Obama wants to save his presidency chances for re-election and give everyone on the planet earth a check for 65 dollars. That would help improve our foreign relations across the planet earth. Naturally, someone also has to pay that 450 billion dollars back somehow.

Which in our prior post, each citizen of the United States, employed or not, has to somehow pay for this if this Obama Job Bill goes through, another 1500 in taxes just to cover this 450 billion stupid job bill. Now that does not include the interest on the 450 billion which this current administration continues to keep real low, to keep the interest payments on the national debt as low as the federal government can.

And because the federal government including the politicians want to keep interest rates artificially low on purpose, that is why your bank will not loan you, or anyone else any money unless your credit score is around 800-basically perfect credit score. And the only people that have that kind of credit score are those that are already so deep in debt, theit credit cards and loans are maxed out. Yet, they keep paying provided they have a job and are not unemployed and not wearing disposable diapers, yet.

So, I continue to believe our national economy is going to stay in the toilet until the federal government stops keeping interest rates artificially low. Then, when interest rates start climbing, you as a citizen of this country can start borrowing money again because the banks start making bigger profits making America return to a period of prosperity. Now some economists do not agree with this theory. But if we believed everything these Keyesian economists tell us, how come we are still in a major recession?

Obama Math Riddle NO. 2

Ok. Obama did not want 470 billion. He wants around 450 billion making the math a lot easier. So, Riddle No. 2 is how many people could the federal government hire with 450 billion dollars paying them 150,000 for one year?

So this riddle is a lot easier to calculate. Naturally, 450,000,000,000 divided by 150,000 of federal debt for one year equals 3 million people hired. And this is not even counting that famous Obama promise of jobs saved vs. jobs created. Now jobs saved, Obama has never exactly told us what the criteria for this is.

Now based on the first 800 billion dollars blown to various governments, I am assuming most of the jobs Obama claimed to be created or saved really was jobs saved for those people working in the federal, state, county and local governments.

Now last night at the Tea Party Debate, CNN is really spending a lot of time attacking Merck's buddy, Gardasil GOV Rick Perry's math of 800 billion divided by zero still equals zero. But for the moment, let us all forget Rick Perry, or as Stephen Colbert refers to him Rick Parry.

So if we can create 3,000,000 jobs, first of all, why stop with only that amount. Why not really put our nation into even more debt? For 900 billion, Obama could create 6 million jobs, almost eliminating the unemployed. Now let us assume we only want to get new jobs paying only 100,000 for the first year, until after the 2012 Presidential election. Obama could hire 4.5 million people.

Or, at a measly 50,000 dollars per job, we could hire nine million people in America. And even better, if we merely paid 18,000,000 people 25k per year for one year, we could even help all the unlawful immigrants in America get a pay raise/better job.

Think about it. For 450,000, 000,000 (in billions of dollars), per the Obama Job Plan, we can easily hire 18,000,000 people in America, lawful and unlawful paying them only 25 thousand for the first year.

Now that is thinking like President Obama. I just suggest he should ask Congress for 900 billion instead of a paltry 450 billion and we could hire roughly 36 million Americans eliminating unemployment in the United States for about a year. Then, thinking like Obama, just default right after the 2012 election.

Math Riddle: How Many People Can You Hire With 470 billon dollars?

OK-Today's Obama Job Bill Riddle:

How many people can you hire to do nothing but play Farmville on Facebook all day with 470 billion dollars of new debt owned by the people of the United States; assuming you are going to hire all the people currently living in the US, roughly knowing there are around 300 million of us?

So, 470,000,000,000 (in billions) divided by 300,000,000 (in millions) is the equation to put in your calculator. I can't do the math on my calculator because my calculator does not like working with billions because it is is a cheap calculator. Heck, too many zeros.

I need to simplify the equation by dropping some zeros-so to make this simpler, let us drop off 8 zeros from both huge numbers leaves me with 4700 divided by 3; just like most politicians do. Now this is lot easier to work with.

So we roughly calculate a lot easier using that number 4,700 divided by the total population of the United States (3). That gives me the number 1567 rounded off.

So roughly, instead of the United States trying somehow trying to create jobs again, just like Obama tried two years ago wasting us taxpayers 800 billion, we could give every person in the United States 1, 567 dollars in some kind of tax refund to every citizen residing in the United States. Now to answer the riddle, we could pay every person in the United States 470 billion dollars in total, or 1, 567 dollars for everyone in America to play Farmville on Facebook.

And what is the cost to do that? Everyone in the United States merely has to take on a future debt of 470 billion plus interest to pay back over the next ten years. And that is the answer to the Obama Job Riddle.
So let us check our math like I was taught in grade school. Does 300,000,000 x 1,567 dollars equal 470 billion. Yes, it does.

Now if this makes economic and political sense to you, you will vote for Obama to be elected President of the United States again, because basically, you are pretty damn stupid person to believe this kind of political nonsense, not once, but twice making you a fool.

In conclusion, how would this positively impact me on Farmville? I would certainly have a lot bigger farm and 300 million new Farm buddies on Farmville so I could finally build a lot better hog pen for all them hogs I keep breeding. Anyway, time to go. Obama Job Plan

Last night, I watched President Obama getting really mad on national TV for good reason-most Americans are tired of his brand of socialism and both his and Congress going around spending our money like a drunken sailor. And further, Obama now states he is going to travel all over-he might as well travel around trying to get re-elected, because-he is not going to get anything accomplished in his last 14 months in Washington DC.

Now our President is very good at giving speeches full of rhetoric-just like last night. I have always stated Obama is a good speech giver-just not that a good a politician. We have way too many elected officials in Washington that can give good speeches full of rhetoric, just like Obama. But, when it comes to doing anything real . . . well, name a good politician, if you can think of any. The only recent politician people can name is Ronald Reagan. And that was a long time ago.

Now in regard to Florida and its citizens, another Florida politician during the 2010 election cycle talked about job bio-diversity for the people of FL. Now I support that kind of thinking, coupled with action on that vision. Florida needs better job bio-diversity to weather economic booms and recessions. We need to ensure we provide some new industries and jobs are attracted to FL that boom regardless of the national or state economy.

So, I am going to do like most people are, and ignore the Obama Job Plan costing all of us another 480 billion and solidly get behind helping the people of FL get job bio-diversity. The best comment I read today about the Obama Job Plan compared Obama to Wimpie in Popeye. Buy me a hamburger today, and I will gladly pay you back Tuesday, around 2083. Now getting the economy rocking and rolling here in Florida by expanding job bio-diversity is part of my congressional campaign. That is my job.

Ask some of the other candidates what they are going to do to bring jobs to FL? And then ask the incumbent why he failed to do this over the last 10 years.

We need to let the incumbent know what it is like to be unemployed, watch your 401k plan and your life savings evaporate, on top of having your home stolen from you by a horrible court system from corrupt and incompetent banks out in California, or even worse, here in our native state of Florida. Well, it is time to run for United States Congress, again. This election cycle, I am going to file for the 14th Congressional District in Florida. The current incumbent needs to go. He is responsible for the mess we presently are in, as a nation.

Connie Mack needs to go back to his wife in California. Everyone say good bye to Connie Mack. He is going into retirement around November 2012. That, I am certain. I cannot even find a person that wants him to be re-elected here in SW Florida. And for good reason. His record of sponsored bills is horrible. 12 sponsored bills-none of them became law. Charlie Sheen and the Americans with Disabilities Act

It would appear Charlie Sheen's employer has little regard for the Americans with Disabilities Act. Here, the attorney for his employer sent Sheen an 11 page letter stating they were of the opinion Sheen was considered disabled. So, his employer regarded Sheen as a disabled person.

Therefore, why did they fire Sheen then? It appears to me if they regarded Sheen as disabled, then based on the Americans with Disabilities Act, they cannot fire they regard as being disabled.

Big Pharma Wins Again-Who Loses? We, the public, including our children.

The Supreme Court just announced its opinion on Bruesewitz, et al v. Wyeth, Inc. The specifics of this decision are horrible to the petitioners, and equally as horrible to us parents, we the people who cannot recover damages for harm caused by vaccines from Big Pharma.

This horrible decision is about as bad as when the Sup. Ct. stated Big Pharma, specifically Pfzier could use eminent domain to take your home away provided it benefits the local government tax rolls.

We have not forgotten that case, nor should we forget this one either from a pro-corporate friendly Sup. Ct.. Clearly, as applied to this case, the vaccine caused a little girl to be permanently disabled due to taking that vaccine. In the opinion that just came out, states hey, her parents got attorneys fees. But they fail to note this little girl now 15 is disabled for the rest of her life.

Now, I have talked with many parents concerned that some vaccines might be causing autism. Which is probably as good as cause as any. And yesterday, I talked with my doctor who clearly stated "he would not take any of this stuff made by Big Pharma" because he does not trust the drug industry either.

Obviously the Sup. Ct. trusts Big Pharma. Maybe we can get the ladies that sit on the Sup. Ct. to try Gardisil made by Merck first, before we ever shove that vaccine upon our children. Let the Sup. Ct. justices try every vaccine first, and maybe then, they might change their minds on this horrible decision they made today.

Go Wisconsin GOV-Unions and Teachers Can Kiss My Ass

Having been one of the few congressional candidates in Kansas, that was a card-carrying union member that has been on strike and walked the picket line, I used to be very pro-labor. Until I ran for United States Congress and had to deal with union officials nonsense and their clear attempts to bribe congressman that were anti-union with political contribtions.

Merely check out Dennis Moore's bribes from all the unions. Moore would take the union bribes and then voted for both NAFTA and CAFTA screwing the unions out of jobs. And then all the bribes to his wife Stephanie Moore, who got creamed in the general election in 2010.

Was her and her husband ever in a union? Nope. But they were in the union pocket due to all the campaign bribes. Not too smart for union leaders. I am certain they have a few regrets now that the GOP controls the congressional seat.

So, now it is my turn as a union brother, to clearly state unions including the teachers union can now kiss my ass. If any union member voted for me, despite your union leadership, I am grateful. Maybe as a union member, you might want to get rid of some of your union leaders that consistently supported a congressman and his wife that consistently voted against the brothers and sisters that built America.

Boy, what a good week.

Some of the tea party candidates are keeping their promises. Federal and state. Like in Florida (Gov. Scott rejecting federal funds for high speed rail that private corporations should be paying for; instead of the taxpayers), Wisconsin (Gov. Walker for cutting the education budget related to administrative costs for a horrible educational system) and then Texas (Can't remember but it was a good thing).

And then CNN is talking about some of the tea party elected sleeping in their offices up on Capital Hill. Good for them. They are supposed to be working there. If they sleep there, good for them. That is what I call a fiscal conservative.

Now if we get rid of the rest of these fat cat yahoos in federal and state governments, maybe we will have not have to overthrow all these stupid big brother governments intent on wasting our tax dollars to merely benefit their cronies.

After attending Senator Rubio's speech Friday, I remember him talking about his plans to be in Florida every Monday and Friday. Which makes me ask why? Do all US Senators only work in Washington Tuesday through Thursday? WTF?

No wonder our Senators and Congressmen are not taking care of our business. They only work 3 days per week in Washington. Maybe they ought to get a regular job and work every day of the work week like the rest of us.

Not only do our US Senators and Congressmen work only part of the time in DC, they still get paid full time regardless of how much time they actually spend in DC taking care of our business.

So ask your United Senator or Congressman, how much time do they actually spend in Washington taking care of our business.

We are paying them a lot of money and it appears one of the reasons not much is happening in DC is because US Senators and Congressmen are merely part-time employees with a full time salary paid for by we, the people.

Now Senator Rubio states he is going to fly home after working 3 days a week. Naturally, we pay for his travel every weekend. Maybe he should stay in Washington and do his job there. We elected him to work in Washington instead of Florida.

So maybe we ought to tell him to stay in Washington instead of only working 3 days a week and flying home every weekend.

No wonder oure country is a broke-ass nation. Our elected officials including Senators and Congressmen only work part-time at their job site 3 days a week and that is only when the Senate and Congress is in session.

WTF?  No wonder Americans dislike politicians. They only work part of the time. What our founding fathers think about Senators and Congressmen only working 3 days a week?

Meet with Senator Rubio

Today, I went, met and briefly spoke to Senator Marco Rubio, the newly-elected Senator from Florida, a darling of the GOP and sometimes mentioned as a possible VP pick in 2012. Too early to even consider Rubio for any VP slot. Maybe we ought to wait and see how he does as a United States Senator first.

Regardless, this political event was hosted by the Naples Area Board of Realtors. Senator Rubio outlined his key committee appointments on several committees. So, clearly they are grooming this Miami Senator for a bright and long political career in Washington. He stated we need to get rid of Florida's Senior Senator next which was interesting comment to hear from a junior Senator. (Democratic Senator Nelson). Marco also answered a question about all the political hypocrisy in Washington.

Anyway, I have been working with his Constituent Services staff in Orlando Fl. And having some success related to veterans health care issues. Which are horrible here in Florida as compared to Kansas. Apparently, the VA here in Florida is severely understaffed and has created a two-tier system related to veterans which is not supposed to happen. In Florida, snowbird vets are treated differently and it is difficult for them to be afforded equal access to health care at VA hospitals and clinics. This is not a situation that I can be apathetic about.

Further, the VA health care system often tells vets they have to get alternative transportation for some procedures. Well, based on federal statutes (under Title 38, Sec. 1705, et seq.), VA regulations and VA guidelines, once the VA orders a vet to obtain alternate transportation, that order becomes part of the treatment of the veteran. And the burden shifts to the VA to make the arrangements for that alternate transportation.

Moreover, I am advising some VA service organizations related to the burden shift back to the VA whenever a vet needs alternate transportation, the burden shifts to the VA to ensure there is alternate source of transportation. And if there is not, it is the responsibility of the VA to provide that transportation. So, if you know any vets being denied health care due to transportation, do not hesitate to contact me, or your United States Senator, or United States Congressman to ensure all vets get the health care they have earned and as promised by A. Lincoln long ago.

Later. I got your backs vets. As does Florida Senator Marco Rubio. Unlike Senator Rubio and his staff, I am a disabled vet that uses the VA health care system. For which in today's uncertain times, I am very grateful even when I am in Florida having to deal with a two-tiered vet health care system.

Apparently the cause of this under-staffing at VA hospitals and clinics in Florida is the failure to adequately plan and staff the necessary medical and administrative personnel needed to take care of all veterans.

While I support the Egyptian Million Person March, and deplore the suppression of social media sources in that same country, maybe we need to do the same thing here in the United States.

I noticed today Jordan just threw out their cabinet by King Abdullah. We need to do that also. And get rid of Obama's cabinet also.

Why stop in Tunisia, Egypt and now Jordan? The only thing we need to do in the United States is pick a day. How about a million person march on the 4th of July where we the people reassert our constitutional rights to replace a federal government that is not working. It is our duty whenever any branch of the government fails, for we the citizens to replace it.

But in grand perspective, no one cares about Rahm. He is a wuss as compared to Charlie Sheen, bad boy of Hollywood.  Most of us dudes respect Charlie Sheen and his careless disregard for what the rest of us think. Charlie Sheen is a hero to most of us American dudes.

"Ben Bernanke's Inflation Deception --and What to Do About It

Dear Fellow Conservative, Prices are soaring. From milk to gasoline, the things you buy every day are skyrocketing. Yet when '60 Minutes' asked Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke what "degree of confidence" he had in his ability to prevent inflation from getting out of control, he responded with a jaw-dropping "100 percent"!

Even Diane Sawyer's expression changed, and that hasn't happened since the late 70's. Even Andy Rooney raised an eyebrow, and that's like lifting a Chevy. And Morley Safer nearly fell off his Rascal.

Got that? Not a merely boastful 90 percent. This was a third world election-style "100 percent."
Quick -- someone add Bernanke's statement to the Wikipedia list of "Famous Last Words" with a cross reference to "Colossal Hubris."

Bernanke exemplifies what the great free-market economist Friedrich Hayek called "The Fatal Conceit" (and I call, "the Carter years") -- the undying belief by central government planners that they can "manage" entire national economies, when experience proves they can't even handle timely delivery of the mail.

Maybe I'd share some of Bernanke's confidence in himself if he'd gotten a few things right in recent years.
But this is the guy who said:

"We've never had a decline in house prices on a nationwide basis. So, what I think what is more likely is that house prices will slow, maybe stabilize" (July 1, 2005).

"[T]he impact on the broader economy and financial markets of the problems in the subprime markets seems likely to be contained" (March 28, 2007). And:

[Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae] "will make it through the storm" [and are] "adequately capitalized" (July 16, 2008).

How confident was Bernanke about those predictions? This guy has been wrong more often than the weatherman.

Perhaps I'm being too hard on Gentle Ben. As Yogi Berra once said, "Prediction is hard, especially about the future." But Bernanke can't even get it right about the present.

Bernanke says current inflation is below 2 percent. Admittedly, Bernanke's not alone in touting this fiction; it's more or less official government policy, ever since the Bureau of Labor Statistics began excluding food and energy costs from its official "core inflation" measure. Yes, you read that right: The government's inflation index excludes food and energy. (This is the same model Al Gore uses to prove his diet is working.) So the price of your labor is holding steady. It's the price of the things you need to buy that's skyrocketing.

Here, then, are some inflation figures concurrent with his "60 Minutes" appearance that Bernanke could pretend were irrelevant to his "official" inflation measure:

Oil prices are up 21% in the last year
Corn is up 49% in the last year
Wheat is up 41% in the last year
Beef is up 28% in the last year
Sugar is up 32% in the last year
Coffee is up 40% in the last year

In other words, inflation is already raging. Pretending it isn't allows Bernanke to continue pumping free money into the Democrats' main constituency: Wall Street.

Fortunately, even if the average American isn't aware of these sleights of hand, economists are. And one, in particular, is uniquely capable of helping you protect and grow the value of your savings even as Ben Bernanke turns the U.S. dollar into the German Reichsmark circa 1923 (when Germans had to carry cash in a wheelbarrow instead of a wallet).

That one economist's name is Mark Skousen, a PhD in economics and monetary policy -- and, for my money, the smartest investment adviser working today. Example: While Bernanke was giving the "all clear" to the U.S. economy back in 2006, Dr. Skousen was warning subscribers to his investment newsletter, Forecasts & Strategies, that "we clearly are headed for fiscal disaster" (and then showed them how to protect themselves).

Going further back, Skousen called every major market move for the past 30 years, including the Tech Bust of 2000, the Tech Boom of the mid-'90s, the Crash of '87, and (my favorite) the Reaganomics-fueled recovery of the early and middle '80s.

More recently, Skousen accurately read the economic signs of the times ("insane government policies") to steer his subscribers into inflation-sensitive commodities like gold, silver, and oil, along with other profitable investments.

As a result, according to MarketWatch columnist Peter Brimelow, "[Skousen's] recent results are probably the best of his career. Over the past 12 months, Forecasts & Strategies is up 25.77% by Hulbert Financial Digest count compared to 18.31% for the dividend-reinvested Wilshire 5000 Total Stock Market Index."

Bottom line: Government technocrats like Ben Bernanke are as capable of "managing" the U.S. economy as I am of managing the New York Yankees. . . .

China won the recent game played in DC. The US scored zero. Yuan to nothing. China continues to refuse to peg their currency to any standard; while our President sucks up to China. What a mistake.

Communist China, our enemy is kicking our arse all over the place. China is developing its infrastrucure and industrializing; while the US infrastructure is crumbling and losing its industrial manufacturing capacity.

China is not politially divided into two polarized groups politically like the United States. Even Jesus stated, "any country that divides itself into groups which fight each other will not last very long".

China's middle class is growing and prospering. In the United States, the middle class is becoming the poverty class. And what we do in America to counter our enemy?

Obama extends his socialistic hand to help China win an economic trade war against us.

When is it time for us to come together politically?

This shooting in Arizona is a predictable event we referred to in prior posts of this blog related to when our federal government and its yahoo politicans fail to listen to we the people. As anticipated and written about, there will be more bloodshed in America including anticipated riots if the yahoo politicans in Washington and in other governments continue to ignore, we the people.

When I filed for United States Congress, as a candidate, I too was duly concerned by doing so, of retribution and violence upon me as a candidate. In fact, while campaigning one time, I was battered in public at a 4th of July celebration in the city of Merriam, Kansas. Present and as a witness was the city manager of Merriam. I asked the City of Merriam to prosecute. They refused.

So, I then informed the city of Merriam I was going to hire own personal bodyguards which I subsequently did and reported on my federal election campaign finance reports. Now, as a student of former civil rights leaders that I admire like Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Mother Terersa and Ceasar Chavez, I too advocate change via non-violence. However, I only control myself and have continuously advocated others to non-violence.

The potential for violence is merely part of the package when anyone runs for elected office. But like one of the few things I agree with FDR related to fear, the only thing we all have to fear, is fear itself. We do not have to cower in fear in America. When isolated incidents of violence occur, we deal with that in civilized manner.

For the city of Merriam to turn an incident of violence against me as a congressional candidate was entirely inappropriate omission by the city of Merriam. To city officials, apparently their political motivation left me as a congressional candidate with no other options other than to protect myself in a lawful way.

So, to the yahoo politicans, we can all come together nonviolently when you yahoos do we the people of this country see that you do as you promised getting you elected. If your campaign rhetoric was merely that, do not be so surprised when some, not me take matters into their own hands.

Then, if your rhetoric translates to real action as you yahoos promise to get elected, merely changes to business as usual, expect an appropriate reaction from we the people. We the people are tired of political rhetoric broken post-election and instead, a return to government as usual is not good enough in today's political climate.

To blame Tea Party patriots, Sarah Palin and others for this isolated incident in Arizona with Rep. Giffords is reprehensible and outright disgusting. This incident in Arizona was horrible. The blame belongs to the person that felt compelled to take matters into his hands violently. And the system will deal with this person consistent with the rule of law in this nation. And that is what we the people want and expect. And so was in written in the United States Constitution.

Now if we can only get most of our yahoo politicans to start complying that founding document, this incident in Arizona may not have happened in the first place. Later.

112th Congress Swears In Tomorrow-First Order-Reject Obamacare

Thank you! Governor Crist, thank you for your graciousness. Mr.President, Mr. Speaker, Members of the Cabinet, Mr. Chief Justice and members of the Supreme Court. Distinguished guests and my fellow Floridians. We gather today to talk about Florida's future. To assess where we are, to define where we want to go, and to plan how to get there. Clear goals and hard work can achieve amazing things.

Let's begin by facing squarely the challenge of our time-a stalled economy. This morning more than a million Floridians got out of bed and faced another day of unemployment. For months they've searched for work. They fill out applications. They beg for interviews. They face rejection after rejection. For ALL the unemployed, life without a paycheck is a desperate daily scramble to provide the basics.

I've been a child in a home like that. My father was often laid off... My mother took in ironing just so we could have food on the table... I have a very clear memory of their fear and uncertainty as they struggled to provide for five kids... So, for me, job creation is a MISSION. My personal memories fortify my commitment to this mission.

A lean and limited Government has a role to play in providing a safety net. But prosperity comes from the private sector. ONLY from the private sector. The only path to better days is paved with new private sector jobs. We have to remember that modern businesses can locate anywhere. If the conditions Florida offers aren't the best, businesses go elsewhere.

What does it take to create that favorable business climate? Florida has to offer the best chance for financial success. Not a guarantee -just the best chance. Three forces markedly reduce that chance for success, taxation, regulation, and litigation. Together those three form "The Axis of Unemployment".

Left unchecked, they choke off productive activity. Under my plan we'll eliminate the business tax and reduce the property tax. The State of Florida raises enough revenues to meet its needs. It should focus on spending those revenues smarter, setting better priorities and demanding more accountability. We'll also re-examine every regulation to make sure its benefits outweigh its costs.

Today, I will sign an Executive Order creating a state office of Fiscal Accountability and Regulatory reform to review all proposed and existing regulations to determine their impact on job creation. Every Floridian should have the right to access the court system for redress of harm.

But, we will not allow excessive lawsuits to strangle job creation. And we WILL NOT ALLOW a small group of predatory lawyers to stalk the business community in search of deep pockets. Private sector jobs grow in places where public sector spending is kept within bounds. All of us who are lucky enough to have a job working for the people of Florida have a duty to watch over state spending with great vigilance.

Let's make it easy to build and grow a business in Florida... So that new enterprises will compete with each other for space. Let's tell the world, "If you can dream it, it's EASY to make it HAPPEN in Florida". Why NOT? After all, we have always been the destination for dreamers. The place where someone with a big new idea could give it a try. Railroads into the wilderness, a magic kingdom, a trip to the moon, freedom from a foreign tyrant, better health, life without winter. Large and small, dreams are the stuff that Florida is made of.

Floridians differ in their dreams for their children. Every child is unique, and every child can learn. We need an education system that offers the maximum amount of choice. A system focused entirely on what's best for individual student learning. We can't create a workforce for the future with an education model that's stuck in the past. To capture the world's best jobs, we'll need to offer the world's best-educated workforce.

First, we'll refuse to allow increased government intrusion in these areas. We'll put FLORIDIANS back in the driver's seat with increased use of free markets. Because when government does the buying, government chooses what services are available. The truth is...he who pays the piper calls the tune. We want EVERY Floridian to be in a position to call the tune. We'll also apply some of the key tools that private businesses use to create a culture of constant improvement. We'll measure everything... We'll implement changes based on what we learn from those measurements. And, most importantly... We’ll hold everyone accountable. No job - public or private ---should be immune from accountability.

This is the time we can do great things together... If we have the courage to act, our children and our grandchildren will someday thank us for it. May God Bless the Great State of Florida. Let's get to work.

In other news, tomorrow the 112th Congress gets started in the right direction hopefully in rejecting Obamacare. Good.

I tried to call my new Florida Senator, Marco Rubio. His phone has been disconnected. Nor is there a phone number that I can find for my new Senator, or where his office is here in Florida; or Washington DC. I can however find website references to his dreams of running for POTUS. Good grief.

He can't even get his Senate data published? Is this a failure? Is this an indication of what to expect from Rubio? I hope not. Because I want to go to his Senate office here in Florida as soon as I can find where it is.

In contrast, the guy I was running against, Kevin Yoder, I got his contact info and called his DC office and talked to his staff. I extended my congratulations to him, and to his staff. As well as empathy for what they must be faced with going forward.  So, Yoder gets an A for communication. Rubio, gets an F.

Finally Filed That Appellate Brief on Behalf Of Kansas Homeowners

Ok, appellate brief is appearing soon at the Kansas Court of Appeals. I mailed the brief and appendix by FEDEX this afternoon.

Briefly, I am challenging a real piece of garbage legislation called Substitute for HB 2018 that took away a homeowner's right to challege arbitrary, or frankly better stated, zany and insane county real estate appraisals.

Now us tea party-like patriots, clearly understand that are way too many kinds of governments including their beloved zany state and federal agencies. There is good reason why so many of us are demanding less government reliance and less government agencies.  There are too many of them. From the federal clear to the local municipal level. Way too many.

Seems to me the only expected growth in employment under the schemes of the progressive socialist yahoo politicans to to expect in 2011 is government jobs. Especially if Obama and the Progressive Socialists had their way with your tax dollars. So my goal here is clear.

I am going to fight for the Constitutional rights, both federal and state to limit this ever-expanding progressive government movement back to some sort of Constitutional priniciples as envisioned by our founding fathers at both the federal and state level of a very limited and specifically enumerated governing body, regardless of what level.

In plain and simple terms, more government is the enemy of a free or fair market economy. You cannot pull our nation out of recession by expanding governments at all levels by progressive socialism. I have discussed this topic on this blog repeatedly.

Reverting back to the vision of our founding fathers on a limited and narrow government, as being advocated by many of us, including recently Michelle Bachman is what we need in America to recover from all this nonsense caused by progressive socialism. Progressive socialism sounds great in ideology but works out to be an insane economic, political and fiscal theory applied to reality. And we are so far past that reality in the United States and in Kansas, we are now way past the Twilight Zone.

Much of this progressive socialism has to be blamed on the current and past yahoo politicans too cowardly to raise necessary taxes to balance government budgets. Does progressive socialist ideas get one re-elected? Apparently so. Worked for Obama and the rest of these political yahoos to the point of creating this huge recession with only one vision in sight. Government bankruptcy. Federal, state, county and local.

Much of it caused by an undue reliance on residential real estate taxes. Specifically, mine and yours. So the yahoo politicans in Kansas, instead of raising taxes at the state level, left it up to the counties to raise your real estate taxes, so the state legislative political yahoos could say, "hey, kept my promise-did not raise your income taxes at all, so re-elect me". And people in their own self-interest keep getting suckered by the fantasy spin of these progressive social yahoo politicans.

When the real estate collapse hit, well . . . that also causes the undue reliance by the yahoo politicans progressive socialist theories to collapse due to decling tax revenues from bogus real estate tax appraisals. So briefly, welcome to America, Kansas and the dismal state of affairs we find ourselves in 2011. So, I continue to do my part by filing this appellate brief on behalf of Kansas homeowers.

Why? Beats me. Nothing else to do in sunny and this hot 75 degree weather here in sunny Florida. It is simply too hot to go outside. And now it is up the Kansas Court of Appeals for the moment to do their duty and restore Kansas homeowners their inviolate right to challenge bogus tax schemes employed by the various counties of Kansas governments to get more of your money, restored back to the local state district court where they reside; prior to this garbage called Substitute for House Bill 2018.

My personal goals for 2011 that most of you could care less about

Ok. I am pretty certain my second most important goal in 2011 is going to be expanding my civil rights work to the international scene. Running for United States Congress, international relations seemed to be an interesting topic for me to study and try to understand better.

And like most ignorant and uneducated Americans on international issues, having been forced to endure our domestic educational system that unduly spends way too much time focused on European culture, typically leaves most of Americans pretty ignorant related to cultures around the entire world.

For example, many of us Americans know very little about our neighors to the north and south of the United States. Why? Was ignorance by our public educational systems done on purpose? Rhetorically, why all this focus on European culture.

Why are most of us educated in America so naive about other nations? I just wonder. Was this done intentionally?   No wonder when we travel abroad as I intend to do more ofiten going forward, will I be one of those arrogant and uninformed Americans? Will I wear blinders to the rest of the world's culture and advancements that are not related to Europe?

Or instead, will I view the international community looking for what they do better than what we do in America? I hope I am able to see what other nations are doing better than we are. I look forward to cultural enlightenment as I engage people from foreign nations in the cosmopolitain areas of Florida where I now reside.

To me, I find other cultures from other nations interesting. Hence, which explains why one of the graduate classes I was going to take at Harvard was anthropology. The other class I was scheduled to take in 2006 was advanced science fiction.

So, two of my primary goals for 2011 is to further my understanding related to the cultures of people worldwide. So, this continues my education into international affairs, foreign countries and their respective cultures. At my age, I wonder why here in America, there is this undue focus on Europe, in complete oblivion to the rest of the world. I intend to spend some time in 2011 touring areas outside of the United States in 2011. Travel-a good thing for a person that wants to continue their understanding of the interelationships with the cultures of many nations.

The second goal is a two-parter. One, stop wasting so much time on Facebook. As well as stop wasting so much time blogging here. My page count in print of what I have blogged here is over 5000 pages. I could have used all that blog time to write several books. So, stop Facebooking and stop blogging so much, I am finally able to finish writing my novel started in 2004, titled Changing Asylums, seems like a rational and a logical goal for 2011.

I am tired of telling myself to stay focused on writing this stupid novel and finishing that stupid book that focuses on sci-fi novel incorporating the best I can understand related to politics, philosophy, religion, mysticism, culture and the impact of technology on all of us going forward; as well as my own unique perceptions of what is important to further the public interest.

In ending, I understand most of my readers could care less about my goals. But I am pretty certain politically, I am dead.   I doubt at this juncture I am going to run for United States Congress in 2012. I might. But a lot would have to happen to make this a goal for 2011 and 2012.

I will continue to stay connnected and do some advocacy work in Florida. I will continue to do what I can for the migrant farm workers in Immokalee, Florida related to improving their deplorable living conditions; as well as do what I can to stop human trafficking in southern Florida.

After I finish this tax appeal case for Kansans, Kansas can kiss my ass. I have spent enough time and money advocating for Kansans. That is going to end in 2011. Hopefully, someone else steps forward and fills my shoes in Kansas. A very backwards and overly conservative state I am glad I no longer reside in.

I will find with the passage of time, a lot of the problems with bureaucracy in Florida, similar to Kansas. And that is why I am going to start spending more of my time moving around the planet earth as I expand some of my productive work efforts to the international level. Why not is the imperative question I find myself facing.

On a personal level, it seems important as I get older to get connected. That should be my most important or No. 1 goal for 2011.

I am really tired of being single for the last two decades. It is time for me to get connected and finally make a commitment to another person. So what could be a more important goal that choosing another human being I want to spend the rest of my life with.

That really should be my No. 1 goal in 2011. And so I think that is what I will do in 2011. Make a commitment to another human being. The more important question is, why not?

Yecck-Once again, making plans for the upcoming year!

Now that the Christmas holiday is over, many of us will make those next year plans shortly before the ball drops to ring in 2011. Yecch.

It is that time when we collectively and individually decide why next year, starting in a few days, we all suddenly will finally become better human beings than we were this year.

However, I am and remain a contrarian. I did a lot of really cool things for many people in 2010. So, before I start focusing on my future, it seems like a better idea to focus on what I tried to accomplish, or did accomplish, in 2010.

Naturally, I spent a lot of time in 2010 running for United States Congress. This required me to get better at listening to both voters and non-voters vent their frustrations with all levels of government-from the federal down to the local level.

I argued and continue to argue for real estate property tax reform specifically in Kansas. My appellate brief will be filed via mail on January 3. I am merely one step from my 10th attempt to be docketed with the United States Supreme Court.

In 2010, I also argued in Washingto DC on behalf of our nation's veterans right to a cost recovery. A decision related to that case should be coming out shortly in 2011. I visited the White House and Obama would not meet with me. The Commission of the IRS refuses to process my federal homebuyer tax credit so soon, he is going to get sued by me in my first federal court in Florida here in early 2011.

In 2010, I listened to the Tea Party patriots whom are like me-sick and tired of yahoo politicians intent on getting more of our money regardless of how our United States Constitution clearly and loudly was crafted based on the rights of the individual. Not to mention our founding fathers clearly were afraid of progressive socialism and big brother kind of government.

In 2010, I got to meet with Sarah Palin and members of her family in May. In January, I got my Oz out of Kansas and moved to Florida. Some groups in Florida want me to run for Congress in the 14th District in 2012.. Maybe. Now that I think about it in reflection, 2010 was a very big year for me. 2011 however looks even better.

However from a broad and overiding principal that guides my conduct, acts and omissions, here in the United States, too few of us remember the clear and intentional writing of our United States Constitution's founding fathers. And far too many have succumbed to each new generation of those intent on their own self-interest, forcing politicans to creating and focusing on a welfare nation as envisioned by the enemy of the people, progressive socialist FDR.

And here once again in 2011, we are in a similar situation as faced during the Great Depression.  High rates of unemployment, plenty of corporate welfare, huge budget deficits, and yahoo politicans creating new ways to tax the lives out of us by forcing us to find bigger and worse governments.

Not only do we have to deal with "too big to fail" entities like banks, mortgage companies, Government Motors, and the horrors related to death panels and the rationing of health care, we also deal with the
de-industrialization of American manufacturing, we also get to deal with declining wages, fewer job choices as we globalize and ship jobs all over the world, leaving the worst jobs here domestically almost leading to the total elimination of the middle class. At several levels.

Americans are looking at real losses to their dreams of retirement and the elimination of any wealth many relied on in, by investing their funds in home equity. So, despite all this negativism, we still have to try our best to be as optimistic as much as possible despite the very real fact we as a nation, we the people are in a deep world of shit.

While our country continues to decline into a nation where the biggest employer is the federal, state county and local governments, we as a nation remain in deep trouble. The ugly and very real possibility of total control over our lives and our property will remain a growing and festering sore on our collective and individual souls as big government from federal to the local level, remains a huge problem here in the United States. If this trend to deficit spending, trade deficits, doling out trillions of dollars not backed by anything but empty promises, our nation will soon move into a total and complete economic collapse.

But at least the good news going forward is that I am not going to endure this nonsense much longer. Matter of fact, I do not have that much longer to live or endure the tenacles of the beast strangling the rights of individuals much longer.

Further, I am personally going to focus more and more, on the world from an international perspective. In 2011, I intend to broaden what I see is my goal. To make this planet a better place going forward, regardless of the state of our many and varied governments intent on taking control over many parts of our lives. These many governments here domestically can merely kiss my ass in 2011.

Remember, we the people are still in charge. Not the government. We if we continue as a nation to focus only on our self-interest, rather than a dual focus and balancing on both our national and self-interest, we as a nation will continue to decline with a rapid acceleration.

And hopefully both in 2011 and again in 2012, we the people make certain those political yahoos that like big governments, that keep reaching into our and my pockets for both our property and our labor, it is our duty to ensure they are not going to get those things.

We get it. So do many of the patriots out there that love our United States Constitution as written. Not interpreted by government bureaucrats and corrupt corporations. We the people, we are in charge. And if that leds to blood in the streets in America . . . we the people will make that happen also. Because we the people of the United States of America do not like living in a deep world of progressive socialism.

We Americans like our United States Constitution as written.

Our United States Constitution as written by our founding fathers with clarity, focus, purpose and intent, understood that the strength of our nation is and must remain based on the strength of the individual-not the size of an ever-growing federal government that tries to sweep our country further and further into a welfare state. So that sums up my 2011 New Year's resolution.

Sounds almost the same as my resolutions I chose when I decided to run for United States Congress in 2004. The creep of progressive socialism continues to spread its tenacles.

And we the people, here in the United States, remain in a deep world of shit.

Three Wise Men spotted neared the Leavenworth Bridge

I spotted three wise men assisting a stranded motorist near the Leavenworth Bridge as I was returning to my birthplace, Atchison Kansas to spend\some of the holiday season with both my mother and brother. Although my first choice would have to been to stay in sunny Florida and spend more time with my significant other.

Regardless, these three wise men were pushing a stranded Ford F-150 motorist because obviously he had ran out of gas on MO Hwy 45 right after passing over the Missouri River bridge into the dreaded state of Missouri, enemy terrority to us Kansans. Now, thise three wise men kindness and acts of assisting another meant something personal to me.

I watched from the stop sign on the exit ramp coming off I-635. Why would these three men get out of their vehicles in the middle of a harsh and cold day on a Monday in a harsh December winter merely to be assistive and help push this stranded Ford truck and its driver about a quarter of mile to a nearby gas station?

Now what kind of people do things like this?

And why do we so often see others helping others during the holiday season? Beats me. X-mas makes all of us all try our best to think of others. Instead of merely ourselves.

These three fellows clearly must have been the three wise men. They must have been lost because there was no stable with Jesus anywhere nearby.   And all of Kansans know that even Jesus would not want to be born in some stable anywhere near the state of Missouri.

Regardless, I am digressing in trash-talking about Missouri. I must stay focused here on the topic.

Why were these three men wise?

Because they have learned deep inside, that even in the horrible state of Missouri, the key to their heart and soul is helping others; instead of only focusing on their own self-interest. To unselfishly give of their minds, hearts and bodies. And their reward?

Well, there are several. Serenity, happiness, compassion and love for their fellow citizens of the planet earth. Each time, one of us unselfishly helps another, we merely are climbing one more step closer to heaven. For me personally, it sure seems this stairway to heaven is one long staircase.

Regardless, I hope someday all of can proclaim someday to understand the ideas and wisdom related to being a good human, Christian or otherwise--to be as wise as these three individuals were.

I am absolutely certain my own personal happiness depends on what I do and care about others. Maybe someday I will even like people from Missouri. But that is going to take a few more decades. Regardless of people from Missouri being irriating to me, I am still able to smile a lot more often as I age. And not just during the holidays either.

In retrospect, seeing their unselfish act, I found myself needing to follow these individuals clear to the gas station. So in turn, I could do my part and repay them for their kindness to another. So, I gave them a ride back to their respective vehicles and assured them they would certainly be blessed over the holidays.

I in turn was also blessed with an opportunity, just as hey were given. And that folks, makes those of us that can see clearly, opportunities wherever we are, to help others is really helping ourselves be worth our time here on the planet earth..

Have a great holiday season. That is my story related to seeing the three wise men near the Leavenworth Bridge.

Ben "what me worry" Bernake and the Fed Reserve screw we, the people some more!

Well, once again, the Federal Reserve has its head buried in the sand screwing us, we the people again today by leaving interest rates artificially as low they can go casting aside and throwing out the long held tradition of a free market economy.

Bernake is not fooling anyone by his thin plan to keep interest rates artifically low solely for the purposes of keeping payments on the federal debt as low as possible. Government anf big corporations win again; while the nation, our economic prosperity and we the people lose again.

Raise the freaking interest rates so we can have an economic recovery, banks and corporation stop hoarding funds and issuing cheap bonds yielding less than one per cent.

As we have stated here on this blog, there will be no economic recovery by this assine theories guiding the Federal Reserve, the fourth and unlawful branch of the government.

Fire the Federal Reserve. They are the problem with their micromanaging the US economy causing all these huge economic swings we have had to endure and keep having to tolerate their "silly theories" for far too long.
